I really enjoyed my time at Imoto. We experimented with ordering many things and most of it was very delicious. The lobster potstickers we could’ve passed on, we ordered them at the end because they sounded so good but we were disappointed with them.The scallops were yummy. The Australian waygu beef was amazing and the cucumber salad (I don’t normally like cucumbers) was fantastic; I wanted to take some home.The service was great. We loved our waitress. The atmosphere was simple and small and w a touch of elegance. Valet parking out front.Overall experience was great and I look forward to it again.

The food and service were both fantastic! Lobster potstickers, king salmon crispy rice, pork belly fried rice, tuna foie gras slider and all sushi rolls were excellent, you can’t go wrong with any of those selections.Our server Desiree was very hospitable, energetic, and extremely knowledgeable on all menu items which made the experience that much better. She was even kind enough to assist us in reserving a table at their sister restaurant, which we look forward to trying later in the week.An overall great experience we will certainly be seeking out again when we are back in the Palm Beach area.
We try to dine at Buccan a few times a year when we’re here on vacation. That said, this time around, we switched things up and tried Imoto. While the food was good, our experience was drastically altered as the restaurant took 45 minutes to seat us. And while I can understand hold ups, it was apparent that they were seating their larger tables and prioritizing their regular costumers before us. When we asked why they weren’t seating us at the open tables, the very rude hostess tried to act like we were late (we were right on time, with valet taking two minutes) as if that was an excuse for the treatment. For the hefty price tag, there are countless better restaurants in palm beach with better service, and as such, won’t be coming back.
One of the best dining experiences we have had! Vanessa is an outstanding server and the back of the house team were at the top of their game. From beginning to end it was exceptional food, service and experience.

First timer. Blew me away. Love the space. It's small but is designed so well that you can converse with ease. The staff (yes you get them all servicing you) is super friendly, there when you need or want them and very knowledgeable. The food is simply spectacular. I could go on and on on the food but you should just trust what everyone is saying. If cost is a thing, we all guessed the bill and were over by $100 on our guess. My point is, you might think this place is more than it is. I will definitely be back many times.

Our favorite place to come when we are in palm beach. My 13 year old son always begs to go to Imoto. We love to sit and watch the amazing chefs make all the dishes at the sushi bar. Everything is unique and delicious and we have a little bit of everything - some of our favorites are the sliders, the wagyu, lobster dumplings and the tuna poke appetizer on delicious crisps! Then of course we top it off with some delicious desserts (the warm chocolate chip cookies with salt! Yum!) from next door at Buccan. Always a favorite and will always return. Staff is friendly knowledgeable and the atmosphere is chill.

It was our first experience at Imoto and we enjoyed everything about it. Our waitress was wonderful. Our food was delectable and the ambience was very nice. The waitress helped us with selections from the menu and we each had two cocktails so the price was a little more than we had expected, but we enjoyed it so much we would come back.

If we could give this restaurant 100 stars, we would! This place never disappoints, it is always consistent from the culinary experience to the waitstaff, hosts and management. We love this place and while visiting WPB, try to dine here at least twice a week!!
This was our second visit to Imoto, our first visit was in 2020 right before the pandemic began. The food was still as delicious as we remembered - high quality cuts of fish and other ingredients. We loved the lobster potstickers, seaweed salad, and various pieces of nigiri and sashimi. We visited on Saturday night so just be warned the place can get crowded and energetic on weekends.

Pretty interesting experience. I ordered a Hibiki Harmony neat along with dinner. At the end of the night when I went to pay the check, each drink was an extra $3 more than what the menu states. When I discussed this with the bartender she told me it's because I ordered my drink without ice. Dumbest explanation and reasoning I've ever come across.Parking: Valet guys were fantastic.

Made reservations in advance & were seated promptly. Ordered mocktails while perusing the menu. So tempting , we ordered 3 appetizers to start & continued eating right down the menu! Each plate or bite was fresh, creative & delicious The bill was representative of our delicious meal but not overly- our service person was lovely & was very informative regarding menu items & quantities. Valet service was efficient & polite Great evening-will do again!
