Poor guy working said it was his first day; today December 8th, 2025. He was not given instructions on how to make old menu items like Orange A Peel, and said there was no manager there to help so I had to order off the existing menu. He could not do a custom order either. Every other Jamba Juice of the last 20 years has been able to do those things but not this one. It seems the other reviews have cited problems for quite a while now with this franchise…

Very unpleasant visit from the moment you walk in the a.c. seems to be broken. Three other people ahead of me but no worker in site assuming the employee was in the back. Due to the heat I left and so did another customer. Shut this business down too many complaints try to restaff before the holidays.
Ok smoothie. But They have no clue how to add and i would be worried if they were running my store. Spent 25 mins just to figure their own promo.

Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a Jamba Juice—and it was all thanks to the employee named Yelizaveta. From the second I walked in, she made it clear she had zero interest in helping anyone. No greeting, no eye contact, just a cold, unfriendly stare like I was interrupting her day.
When I asked a simple question about an item, she responded with clear irritation and sarcasm. When I asked about a poster in the store she responded with “ya what about it”. It was like she went out of her way to be rude. The smoothie was garbage. Please save your money.
If someone hates their job that much, maybe they shouldn’t be working in customer service. Jamba Juice seriously needs to train their staff better—or at least hold them accountable when they treat customers like garbage. I won’t be returning to this location and I’ll be warning others to steer clear as well.

I’ve been here quiet a few times, the blonde lady is always here, i suppose it’s the manager? Unfortunately I didn’t get any names. She’s horrible at her job, the nastiest attitude and face, when the other girl isn’t as rude as her she’s still snarky too. My friend and I came in at 6:40pm when the close at 7pm, waited in line for a couple minutes, I got the brunette girl to take my order and I asked for a smoothie, she tells me they wont do smoothies because they close at 7, i said it’s not seven yet, she comes back saying they stop making them at 6:45pm, I replied with “it’s 6:44pm..” and she just says ok and goes and makes it, then the “manager” comes up to the register and looks me up and down and tells me to wait outside for it, i told her I was waiting for my friend to order, and she rolled her eyes and looked over at my friend and took her order, the whole time she kept looking me up and down with the nastiest look. I’ve been in the hospitality industry for a long time, never have I ever treated someone the way they treated us tonight, I genuinely wonder who keeps hiring these guys, but I guess if the “manager” is the one training them I’m not surprised they all turn out as crappy as her. In top of everything my smoothie wasn’t even a smoothie, it wasn’t mixed all the way, I was chewing on frozen banana chunks the whole time. I hope they get their business together and start doing their job, I mean if you really hate it so much then why work there?

Literally the worst smoothie I’ve ever had
I tried to order a #1 combo of small smoothie and cinnamon pretzel bites - they were out of mangos completely. I tried to pivot and order a #4 of a lemonade with a pretzel and they told me they were out of pretzels and I’d have to wait 10 minutes and I asked if they could sub for pretzel bites, also no. Then I asked if they could sub the smoothie of the #1 for the lemonade and cinnamon bites and they also said no. Long story short they were unwilling to work with the guest and provided problems instead of solutions. I walked out hungry, thirsty and disappointed.

Worst experience in a jamba juice I have ever had. Everyone is getting their orders as my toddler screams. The drinks looked messy and disgusting. I never got my drink and had to get a refund.

Doesn’t even know how to do their job. Most disgusting smoothie I’ve ever bought. The boy didn’t know how to use the blender properly. I had to chew frozen unblened ginger and vegetables while I was drinking it. 8$ for this undrinkable smoothie, no thank you. Please train your staffs before putting them to work!!!!
This lady told me I could only get a small sized banana strawberry but 2 days ago I came with my dad and got a bigger size no problem. Let us spend money with you !!
Ordered online. Friday afternoon. Came in and my order was ready waiting for me. Got to love it!
Main reason for removing stars: This is in the Tanger Outlets and is a bit of a walk from the parking lot, and I had a little trouble finding it so I had to ask around. Having never been to the Outlets I was unaware of this and was hoping to pick up my pickup order pretty quickly so I was disappointed in how long it took me to walk to and from to pick it up. They had my smoothie ready for me in the fridge when I got there and I stood in line for a few minutes before realizing it was ready for pickup so I grabbed it and left. I finished my smoothie by the time I got back to my car. Did not have any interaction with staff inside.
