Literally the worst smoothie I’ve ever had

I tried to order a #1 combo of small smoothie and cinnamon pretzel bites - they were out of mangos completely. I tried to pivot and order a #4 of a lemonade with a pretzel and they told me they were out of pretzels and I’d have to wait 10 minutes and I asked if they could sub for pretzel bites, also no. Then I asked if they could sub the smoothie of the #1 for the lemonade and cinnamon bites and they also said no. Long story short they were unwilling to work with the guest and provided problems instead of solutions. I walked out hungry, thirsty and disappointed.

Worst experience in a jamba juice I have ever had. Everyone is getting their orders as my toddler screams. The drinks looked messy and disgusting. I never got my drink and had to get a refund.

Location isn’t there anymore, I looked and looked to no avail

Doesn’t even know how to do their job. Most disgusting smoothie I’ve ever bought. The boy didn’t know how to use the blender properly. I had to chew frozen unblened ginger and vegetables while I was drinking it. 8$ for this undrinkable smoothie, no thank you. Please train your staffs before putting them to work!!!!

This lady told me I could only get a small sized banana strawberry but 2 days ago I came with my dad and got a bigger size no problem. Let us spend money with you !!

Ordered online. Friday afternoon. Came in and my order was ready waiting for me. Got to love it!

Main reason for removing stars: This is in the Tanger Outlets and is a bit of a walk from the parking lot, and I had a little trouble finding it so I had to ask around. Having never been to the Outlets I was unaware of this and was hoping to pick up my pickup order pretty quickly so I was disappointed in how long it took me to walk to and from to pick it up. They had my smoothie ready for me in the fridge when I got there and I stood in line for a few minutes before realizing it was ready for pickup so I grabbed it and left. I finished my smoothie by the time I got back to my car. Did not have any interaction with staff inside.

no one answers the dang phone when you call. THERES FRESH SQUEEZED JUICE ON THE MENU but ya cannot order via the app. GET IT TOGETHER

Clean place, crazy quick

Manager (or at least I think he was the manager) was super accommodating and nice. I was attempting to use a Jamba app reward but his computer was not allowing me to redeem it. After a quick work around he figured it out and allowed me to redeem it.More surprisingly is that HE apologized the the app's problem. Truly a stand up guy! This Jamba is well out of my way, but his customer service makes me happy to go out of my way for stellar service.

25 minutes wait for a 2/10 smoothie

Horrible service. My fiance and I walked in and ordered 2 smoothies and suddenly a rush came in behind us. Everyone else got their drinks and their pretzels before we did. They kept taking orders and fulfilling them as we were waiting. The other 2 employees were just making pretzels while the guy at the register was making drinks and giving out pretzels while we waited for over 20minutes for our 2 drinks. Horrible service and got ignored for a long time. On top of that, the manager was not present the whole time while their workers were not doing their job. I'm writing this review after 15-20min of waiting inside by the water bottles so you can pull it up by the camera. Will never come here and I will keep anyone I know from coming here and receiving Horrible treatment. Train your workers to know how to make drinks or else why are they working here? What a joke. As you can in the photo after they took all the orders they left their post.
