We had such a wonderful experience. Tuna was beautifully presented, oysters were fresh. Cocktails were tasty and well-balanced. Pierre guided us through our experience and exceeded our expectations. I recommend sitting outside on the patio. The atmosphere is quite peaceful. Looking forward to returning in the near future.

Le Bilboquet is a class act all around. The Cajun chicken is world famous and a must try when dining here. The JuJu Gabor mocktail was fresh and lively. The Choc mousse was airy and delightful The service was excellent and the atmosphere palm beach classy. Great place to people watch as well. On the expensive side, but worth it - on Worth Ave

My experience at Le Bilboquet Palm Beach was extremely disappointing, especially considering the reputation of this restaurant. When we requested to sit outside, we were told that it was not possible because “umbrellas are not opened during the summer.” This reasoning came across as dismissive and unprofessional, as it appeared the staff simply did not want to serve outdoors.
We were further told that there were mosquitoes and that “plants were being moved around” — on a Sunday, during normal dining hours. These explanations felt more like excuses than valid reasons to deny seating, and the lack of flexibility or effort to accommodate guests was frustrating.
The overall service felt careless and inattentive, falling far short of the hospitality one would expect at a restaurant of this caliber. With so many excellent dining options in Palm Beach, I cannot recommend Le Bilboquet based on this experience.
Amazing brunch, staff, ambience, setting, friendly staff and wonderful owners. Thank you for the wonderful experience today 🙏🏼🙏🏼

Le Bilboquet offers a pleasant dining experience overall. The service was very good – attentive and friendly throughout the meal. The food, while decent, wasn’t particularly memorable or outstanding. Presentation was standard, nothing too fancy or luxurious. That said, the ambiance of the place is quite nice, with a stylish and welcoming atmosphere.
If you’re looking for a well-run restaurant with good service and a nice setting, Le Bilboquet is a solid choice – just don’t expect to be blown away by the food.

Extremely Discriminatory and Unwelcoming Experience
I had one of the most disappointing and uncomfortable experiences at this restaurant. Upon arrival, we were looked up and down by the host—his name is Martin—who then asked if we had a reservation. We said no. His next question shocked us: “Would you like to see the menu before sitting?”
We weren’t sure what the implication was—was it because of how we looked? Because they assumed we couldn’t afford it? When we asked why he would say something like that, his answer was even more offensive: “Because the restaurant is kind of friendly and sometimes people sit and then realize it’s not for them.”
That’s not being friendly. That’s being judgmental and discriminatory.
The interaction made us feel so unwelcome and uncomfortable that we decided to leave. Out of curiosity, we later checked Google and realized the restaurant has a 3.1-star rating—which honestly makes sense after what we experienced.
Martin’s attitude was rude, condescending, and completely out of line. No one should be treated like that at the door of any establishment, especially not one that pretends to offer hospitality.
I would never recommend this place to anyone. There are far better restaurants in the area that treat people with the dignity and respect they deserve.

Absolutely terrible attitude and service by the tall brunette head hostess who works evenings at the rear entrance facing worth avenue.
Very nasty pretentious disposition considering he probably makes a very minimal wage. My friend and I came to have a celebratory dinner for a recent accomplishment of mine and were rudely addressed. He should be reprimanded or terminated and replaced with someone who is kinder. Ironic considering I saw a previous review with the same complaint. I should not have come here after seeing that feedback.

I’ve been a regular at Le Bilboquet Palm Beach for quite some time, and every visit is an absolute pleasure. The team, especially the manager, always makes me feel genuinely welcomed and recognized—it’s that rare kind of hospitality that turns dining into a personal experience. The ambiance is chic yet relaxed, the service consistently attentive, and the food—simply outstanding. Whether it’s a casual lunch or a special dinner, Le Bilboquet never disappoints. It’s my go-to spot in Palm Beach for a reason.

Always a great experience at Le Bilboquet. I’ve been to the Sag Harbor location quite often and recently checked out the Palm Beach location and it was so cute! Food was good and the staff was really friendly!

Lunch was pretty good here, better than the NYC location. My party enjoyed the palm beach & Niçoise salads with excellent sides. Portions were large and flavorful. A tad pricey for what it is but it was very enjoyable.

This one is on me. I should have sent back my chicken but I was coming from church and feeling holy. I ordered their signature Cajun chicken based on the recommendation from the lady at my church who recommended the restaurant. First of all, the chicken didn't look Cajun at all, since it was covered in a white, creamy sauce. And it was completely bland. I asked for salt but that didn't help the flavor at all. As a former restauranteur, amateur chef & foodie, if you're going to name your signature dish as Cajun, you'd better bring some spice to it.
Service was excellent and they have some wealthy patrons. If I hadn't got the raving recommendation for the Cajun chicken, I love a lobster roll. It's hard to get that wrong so if I ever go back, I'll try that on their brunch menu. It's a decent restaurant worth a second look.
