I can’t say enough about how good their gelato/sorbet is!!! I had the mango sorbet and it was like eating a delicious mango smoothie lol. It was so soft and creamy and tasted fresh. My friends had the peach sorbet and another tried their gelato (vanilla). Each of them agreed that it was the best they had ever tasted. Highly recommend this location (although note, they close fairly early).

On 23/08/2025 we bought an ice cream. Unfortunately, there was a hair inside. We showed it to the sellers - they simply returned the money, without apology or explanation. Very unpleasant experience, wish they paid more attention to cleanliness and sanitation. I was disappointed with the service and am unlikely to return

Great gelato options for the sweet tooth out there. Piccolo offers a wide array of deliciously made gelatos, and I can say we loved all that we tried. Special shoutout to their guava flavor, probably the best I've had. Service was good, and the place is located in the charming Via Mizner in Palm Beach. Seating, however, was scarce - but that was the only disappointment there.

Hands down best gelato place I’ve been to, from Miami to Ft. Lauderdale , and beyond .Didn’t even have time to take a picture to write a review there . I Was too busy finishing my gelato . We need more locations !
I am a loyal customer of this place but I am so disappointed with the service that I got today. I ordered Nutella and Pistachio. When they handed me the cone, the appearance was so off. I got curious and had to scoop out the pistachio flavor first to find out if i was given enough nutella on the bottom. It’s not even a proper scoop, it’s sloppy and pathetic. Should have never left a tip if i would’ve known ahead.
The consistency and the service have to be improved here. Visited July 13, 12:40pm. (it’s not even busy, i was their only customer there)

The gelato is great, but I am always truly bummed out by the employees' attitude. I try to be as nice as possible and am still met with stares and surliness. I hate leaving bad reviews, but the whole interaction is truly so unpleasant. I mentioned the place to a friend, and her first comment (without my input) was about how rude the employees can be.
I like getting gelato on my own, but I've stopped getting it here. It's not the calming experience I want when I treat myself.

This place is in a very pretty area but the service and the gelato is not great. We bought cookies here and tried them when we got home and had to throw them in the garbage. They were that bad. I would go get gelato elsewhere. Don’t waste you time or money.

Absolutely incredible gelato! Piccolo Gelato is a hidden gem right on Worth Avenue. Every flavor tastes fresh and authentic — you can tell they use high-quality ingredients. The pistachio and stracciatella are out of this world, and their seasonal offerings are always worth trying. The staff is friendly, the service is quick, and the shop itself is charming and spotless. Whether you’re strolling Worth Ave or just looking for a treat in Palm Beach, this place is a must-visit. Highly recommended!
