Went for our anniversary and we enjoyed it - everything was great. We sat outside which was very nice and the service was first-rate. They brought bread right away and a few breadsticks. We ordered and everything came out as expected. The salad was very good and our main dishes were also very good. We ordered the Rigatoni alla vodka and the Seafood risotto. Overall, a great dining experience and I recommend this restaurant.

We had high expectations for this restaurant, but our experience was disappointing from the start.
Lunch prices were noticeably higher than what was listed online, which felt misleading. When water was poured at our table, one glass contained visible dirt—unacceptable at any restaurant, let alone one that presents itself as high-end. Our seating was originally scheduled to be outdoors, but due to the heat we arranged ahead of time to move indoors. Still, no one informed us that the restaurant had been under construction for two days prior, creating a loud and unpleasant atmosphere.
Inside, the dining room was nearly empty, yet our group of 11 was told the tables could not be pushed together. While the servers were attentive and kind, the overall experience was overshadowed by inflated prices, disruptive construction, and a lack of basic accommodation.
At this price point, I expected much better. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this restaurant when so many nearby offer both quality dining and genuine hospitality.

Best Italian Restaurant! The food was outstanding. The stracciatella soup was the best! Osso Bucco perfection Linguine ai Vongole Linguine tossed with steamed little neck clams, Was first class. The service staff, atmosphere Just what you expect and want from a restaurant anywhere! Thank you Renato for never disappointing! Highly recommend

Wonderful family owned Italian restaurant with a romantic, special occasion feel! For some reason it rains every time I have dinner here, but that’s not stopping me! Delicious spritz, limoncello, saffron lobster risotto and tiramisu! I heard no less than 6 Happy Birthdays sang while we were there! Warm, friendly service and excellent food!

My family and I went to this restaurant for father's day and it was disappointing. Our visit was not all bad because of the beautiful ambience and our amazing cocktail waiter. I am so sorry I did not get his name, but he was very attentive and patient with us. On the contrary, our main server "the captain" was not friendly to us at all. There was not much of a personality, he was only there to take our orders in my opinion. My 12 year old daughter asked him for a kid friendly suggestion meal and he showed no patience or care. If anything he was annoyed that my daughter asked this the way how he rushed through the pastas on the list. The food was not good my husband returned his ravioli meal and my mom returned her risotto meal. This is not authentic Italian cuisine. The pastas were not made from scratch, it was from the box. The food was rather tasteless and overpriced for no reason. I would not recommend this place.

Sadly yet again a poor dinner. Good drinks but dry veal coved in some cream sauce. Spinach tasted like leaf spinach, butter quite poor considering one wasn’t in a diner! Asparagus over cooked . Service fine.

Service was very good w/o being intrusive. Food was good but not as good we had in previous visits. We had to send back the veal chop as it was fatty & overcooked. WE ate outside in the lovely courtyard but being FL in May--it would have been nice to have some type of coolers out there.
Once great restaurant with beautiful setting and great food has gone down hill. My family has been going here for over 30 years and I am done. Atmosphere which used to be a 10 is now filled with children. The service is subpar and the food is now average at best with premium pricing.

We visited for lunch and while the setting is beautiful, the Swordfish was awful. It was over cooked, old or frozen. Could not eat it For a top rated Trip Advisor restaurant it was very disappointing. While I chose not to return it, I was shocked the wait staff did not ask if there was a problem.

Very nice terrace unfortunately during our last dinner, there seemed to be a lack of qualified waiters. Too bad. As we love the place, we will return this winter to see if it has been corrected.

Renatos has a superior wait staff, second to none. Service is attentive and intuitive, truly remarkable. The hostesses who greeted us were very friendly and welcoming and highly efficient. We would return for the service alone. Our evening began with a pear salad and champagne vinaigrette. It was very delicious and paired beautifully with the olive rolls. One of us ordered a mushroom ravioli with a truffle sauce and I ordered the vegetarian stew. The mushroom ravioli was outstanding in flavor. I was a little disappointed that there was not more herbal flavor in the vegetarian stew as the presentation was enticing and this is an Italian restaurant. A bit of oregano, basil, marjoram and garlic would elevate this to new heights as I found the broth to be a little bland. Even the minestrone has chicken stock in it, so the stew was the only hot soup option for a vegetarian or vegan. We would love to see non-alcoholic wine or non-Alcoholic spirit cocktails added to the beverage selections.
