This was my first time at Sant Ambroeus. I very much enjoyed the salad and the pizza however I did not care for the carpaccio. I found it strange that all of their carpaccios are partially or fully cooked. Carpaccio to me is a raw item.

This is easily one of my favorite restaurants in Palm Beach—actually, it’s in my top 10 restaurants anywhere. Sant Ambroeus has never let me down. The food, service, and overall experience are always consistent, so I keep returning repeatedly.

I’ve celebrated birthdays here multiple times and worked through most of the menu. My favorites are the pizzas (I don’t even usually like pizza!), the crab pasta, the pancakes, and the desserts. You can’t go...
