Ordered a tuna melt at 11:40 when I arrived at 12:15 I waited another 10 min. I asked where the food was, 5 min passes, they tell me they are heating it up. I asked for the food to be brought out, my lunch hour was fading and I still had to walk 20 min back to work… 5 more minutes nothing. I said I needed to cancel, they refunded my money, never saw the food, never offered it anyway because obviously they didn’t make it or they gave it away. An hour wasted and no lunch or apology. Don’t bother, I was warned and didn’t listen.

Very underwhelming breakfast at Surfside. Service was miserable and we waited forever to pay after asking twice.
Days later I notice the waitress had put her own tip amount.
I spoke to the manager who didn’t apologize she just refunded the tip. In what world is it okay to just add your own tip and think you will get away with it.
Disgusting business practice.

I swear - we ordered and food to the table in less than 10min! All kinds of awesome options that accommodated all 3 kids. And then some good grown up food for the adults.
