Let’s talk ambiance: Picture this—pink umbrellas, perfect lighting, and the vague scent of old money and new gossip in the air. 💸 I overheard three ladies planning a gala and a small dog ordering filet mignon. 10/10 entertainment.
The food? Oh honey, I was emotionally unprepared. My tuna tartare was so good I briefly blacked out and saw a vision of Jackie O giving me a slow clap. 🐟👏👒 And the waiter? Polished, polite, and definitely from a secret finishing school for charming humans. I asked for recommendations and he delivered a monologue worthy of a Tony Award. 🎭🍽️
Cocktails? Let’s just say my martini was so smooth I tried to name it and legally adopt it. 🍸❤️
Even the bathroom was classy. I went in for a quick refresh and came out wondering if I should get a facelift and a yacht. 🚽🪞🛥️

The food was overpriced but tasted good. Nothing crave-able or noteworthy but good. The kids meal was $25 but good deal for the kids! Comes with entree, side dish and ice cream sandwich:) go here if you have nothing else to try but honestly much better restaurants in WPB

Elite breakfast with high quality ingredients in a trendy brand new art deco style. Omelette and benedicte eggs were great. $15 iced coffee but it was made perfect. Music was great.

Swifty’s at The Colony Palm Beach is such a gem. I’ve been for both brunch and dinner and honestly, I love both. Brunch is full of delicious options (the Colony Cereal Crusted French Toast is to die for) and I love starting with their tuna tartare or charcuterie board. The outdoor seating is my favorite. The live music by the pool adds this chic, fun energy that feels so Palm Beach. Their mocktails are refreshing, super fresh and thoughtfully made. Dinner doesn’t disappoint either. I had the Blackened Loch Duart Scottish Salmon and it was perfect. Swifty’s is one of those spots that feels a little special every time.
