Everyone that works here presents well and makes you feel like you are the most important guest with their “how can we help you” attitude.

Just went into the cute little cafe. Sat outside and had a protein smoothie/ doughnut. What its called balance. 🤪 my daughter had a muffin and coffee. The staff was excellent and food/ drinks yummy. Highly recommend.

Our stay at The Colony completely exceeded expectations. Every detail felt intentional and beautifully cohesive from the design and scent to the music, service, and atmosphere. The team was warm and genuine, the food and beverage were outstanding, and the entire property felt refined yet inviting. The attention to detail in every space from the lobby to Swifty’s and to the pool creates an experience that’s both timeless and distinctly Palm Beach. Truly exceptional. I’ll absolutely be back.

I was impressed with how clean and bright the lobby was, and there were plenty of comfy seating areas. The courtyard had a trendy ambiance, with a bar, pool and restaurant in the middle of the area. This definitely wasn’t a throw-it-together type of hotel, it was classy and a work of art.

Had an unforgettable time at Colony! Came up from Miami Beach for the weekend with girlfriends. Upgraded to a Villa, so worth it! Villas were fantastic. Best part was the ambiance and the service. The Colony team was incredibly welcoming and friendly. What a wonderful time! Plan to make it an annual tradition!

Another overnight stay in Palm Beach; The Colony is certainly an intimate retreat. The property is very charming, quiet and relaxing. The staff are very attentive and do their best to make you feel at home. We also had a chance to explore the restaurant as well as the coffee shop. The former has a decent menu, nothing that will wow you but a great place to eat. Drink prices are a touch high.

Room service was also very good.

The only negative was the elevator. There are two and only one was functional. Lastly, The Colony is not kid friendly, nor do they claim to be. It is designed to be an adult retreat.

Great nite on Monday for Trivia Nite. Full house and lots of laughs, however, we didn't win.

Wife, Daughter, & I had a fantastic stay earlier this month. The whole staff was wonderful, attentive, & very accommodating. The location is perfect, you can walk to the Worth Avenue for shopping & restaurants. Beach access is a few minutes walk. The staff can even drive you there with their own private area with chairs & umbrellas to use which is included with our stay. Pool / restaurant area is very well kept, very relaxing. We recommend staying here to get away & have a nice low key, relaxing time. And if you want to go into the city, West Palm Beach, a quick Uber/Lyft ride will do.

Some of the best service I have ever received. The attention to detail is unreal and the hotel smells unbelievably good. Phillip was absolutely incredible.

This place was always a family favorite. I didn't think or expect it could get better but the new changes are noticeably fantastic from in-hotel decor, service, stores, service and pillow top chocolates🍫🌴🤍

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Finally found a place where my champagne has its own pillow.

Ah, The Colony Hotel — where the pink isn’t just a color, it’s a lifestyle. From the moment I stepped inside, I knew I had entered a realm where reality politely checked out and was replaced by a pastel fever dream curated by someone who thinks subtlety is for peasants.

The staff? Oh, absolutely flawless. They somehow managed to be everywhere at once, like very polite ghosts trained by the Ritz. I sneezed once and someone handed me a lavender-scented monogrammed tissue before the echo even finished.

My room was a Barbie dreamhouse reimagined for adults with a trust fund. Everything was so stylish it hurt my self-esteem. The minibar had Fiji water, rosé, and a moral crisis about whether to drink the $24 cashews (spoiler: I did).

The pool scene? Just a casual gathering of sun-kissed magazine covers with matching dogs. I tried to blend in, but I think my Target flip-flops betrayed me.

Oh, and let’s not forget the complimentary beach cruiser bikes — because nothing says “I'm effortlessly fabulous” like sweating profusely while pedaling past billionaires pretending to read the Wall Street Journal.

Truly, if you’re looking for elegance, opulence, and the occasional existential crisis about your own life choices, The Colony is the place. Can’t wait to return... as soon as I refinance my soul.
