We thoroughly enjoyed our time to celebrate a momentous milestone of an 80th birthday party celebration because this hotel embodies historic charm and elegance and classic architecture with modern design. It feature beautifully restored interiors, showcasing original details like wall coverings and vintage furnishings that tell a story of the past.
It's a great choice as a boutique hotel located in a historic district, where the community's culture and history are palpable. This hotel has easy access to local attractions, artisan shops and vibrant cafes which allows guests to immerse themselves in the community. Also has areas to host events or activities that encourage interaction among guests & locals, such as Bingo, Cafe & transportation.
It's was nice to enjoy the cafe with really friendly service, charming courtyard or take a leisurely stroll to historic landmarks to fully appreciate the elegance and design for everyone.

We appreciate that they were receptive to our feedback and we especially wanted to thank Shelly, the Front Desk Supervisor, for her help along the way.
If you want the quintessential Palm Beach experience, you can’t go wrong staying here. The ambiance, the location, and the service is A+.
We’ve stayed at some of the other hotels in the area which are nice, yes, but you don’t get the programming (they have tons of events), a cafe that’s grab and go which is perfect if you just want to walk into town, and/or rent one of their bikes, or you can lounge by the pool which is always a good time.
We definitely plan on coming back again soon!

I personally love Colony hotel for their amazing service and beautiful property.
This afternoon I took my kiddos to Swifty for lunch as it was “take your kids to work day”.
I never took the kids to the property before and it was such a wonderful experience. Their kids menu was amazing (it was a set menu that includes drinks, food, dessert and fruits) and my picky kiddos loved their food. Also their kids activities were amazing and kept my kids entertained during lunch.
I always enjoy coming to Colony for work but I even fell in love more today.
Colony is such an iconic and beautiful property with very friendly staff and amazing food. I know the rooms well because I photograph weddings here and rooms are fantastic as well.
You will never regret staying/ visiting Colony hotel. It’s a must in Palm Beach.

Let’s talk about the Ritz affect. When something goes wrong when you stay at the Ritz Carlton, such as an employee getting upgraded instead of the company CEO on a company onsite.. the Ritz will make that upgrade happen no questions asked. They will spend up to $1000 to make that guest happy…. Not here. Tonight my wife’s employee got upgraded and my 5 month pregnant wife got stuck in a second floor room with a window facing a wall. The service team did absolutely nothing to help my wife and were rude on the phone with me. Unacceptable, stay at the Breakers or better yet, the Ritz.

cute, classy upscale hotel with the service to match. Wendy at the apothecary was the absolute best. She was knowledgable about her products and spend great time with me, helping me withy skin care. She was the cherry on top. A lovely weekend.
I didn't stay here, so I don't know about the rooms. Been here several times for lunch. Beautiful lobby and poolside dining. A Palm Beach tradition.

This place is absolutely disgusting, they allow dogs to sit at the dining room tables in the restaurant 🙄, it's so unsanitary!!! Dogs paws full of piss and dog shit all over the table!

Unfortunately i had a terrible experience here. I’ve been here twice .. first time amazing vibe , great sever , took pictures and enjoyed my time. The second time I came with my friends and was racially profiled by the food and beverage manager Gretchen. She came to my table and said i can’t put on makeup .. did not pull out makeup. Then she proceeded to say we aren’t allow to take pictures here. I came a week prior and took photos and was not told anything. She then had the only black worker come up to us and ask “Who’s running the show ? “ As if we were causing trouble from simply sitting and trying to order drinks. Gretchen was very passive aggressive and disgustingly rude. The other workers were apologetic but Gretchen definitely left a bad taste in my mouth. The racial profiling made us all feel very much uncomfortable, we ended up canceling or ur order and leaving. Gretchen definitely overstepped and made us all uncomfortable. The goal should be inclusive to everyone who comes to dine. Very disappointed in this interaction !
