The Restaurant Bar and Lounge

Absolutely lovely. The food was delicious, service was lovely and the vibe is gorgeous. We're staying at the hotel, but if I live locally I'd definitely come anyways. Yum!

Excellent dinner. Professional staff and chef that's on top of his game. The kitchen is run like a well oiled machine. Highlights: peach carpaccio, grilled octopus and the hogfish (5*). The special treat from chef Colagreco was unexpected and beyond delicious. If you're in the area or staying at FSPB then dinner here is a must.

Food was delicious and wonderful experience. We sat outside and there was an event with a live band which is the only reason it was loud but still pleasant. The only negative was that I ordered a specialty beer off the menu and about 5-10 minutes later the waiter came back and said they were out of that particular beer. Also I wanted to order one of the three fishes on the menu (Dorade) but they were out of that as well.

I was there on a date night with my wife. We had 2 of the tasting menu with wine pairings which was incredible. The choice was easy for us since there is 2 options for each course so we got to try every dish and every wine. Atmosphere is upscale but unpretentious, definitely a French Riviera vibe. Will definitely be back!

Hello advertising in paper for a three course meal at $65.00. Get to the restaurant and the three course menu is $88.00. Wine menu confirms a nice glad of wine for $16.00. When the bill comes it's $18.00. I'm not in the habit of complaining but these restaurants need to get it right. I paid the bill never complained but won't be back. Summer time in the palm beaches are fantastic but be aware of this BS.

Great service and great food as always. Rolfete and Mauricio are always going above and beyond. Vincent the manager is very professional and always makes sure our dinner goes well.

The best experience as always . Christian is the best server we ever had at the bar area also the server at the dinning room are great too. Thank you for making my friend birthday so special

We were able to dine at Florie's twice during our stay and had the absolute pleasure of have Marcus to be our waiter along with Alejandra. What an incredible experience!! The food was absolutely divine and the service was phenomenal. Would absolutely refer this to anyone in the area as it's a great gem in Palm Beach.

Online the restaurant looks much more elegant than it is. I didn't realize it was basically the pool restaurant. Children running around. People in shorts/pool attire (on a Friday night). We were overdressed. We were seated right by a door to the patio and had stands with dog bowls sitting less than arm lengths away from my food. The food itself was fine, presentation was good, portions ok, seasoning ok, temp was lukewarm (on filet), but nothing on the memorable side that would leave a lasting impression (good or bad). For a hotel restaurant I guess it is fine, I just thought it was going to be an upscale dining experience and it was not.

There were several dishes that were quite nice but overall the food was lacking in flavor. We had high expectations but didn't deliver. The hotel is also in need of a refresh. It's outdated.

Fabulous meal. The food was delicious, the waitstaff was professional, attentive, and overall great. The menu is pricey, but it's definitely a special occasion place that will live up to the hype.

From the amuse bouche every morsel of food was spectacular. The service was impeccable, as well as the welcome from the manager. Birthday Wishes and complimentary dessert topped off. It was. perfect evening

We had a very nice dinner on our last night in Palm Beach visiting family. All of the wait staff were very attentive and polite. They were kind enough to offer some additional appetizers and desserts to round out our meal. The duck, veal chop, grouper, and lobster linguine were all very good.

Thank you Florie staff for an exceptional dining experience this evening. Upon our arrival, Vincent , the evening's host, promptly took care of my husband and me, seating us side-by-side at an outdoor table with a beautiful view of the pool and the Atlantic Ocean in the distance. Soon there after, Marcus, our waiter, arrived and did an excellent job of describing the menu, the evening's specials, and helping us through our wine selection . His advice and recommendations were spot on. His care, kindness, and delightful personality further added to the entire wonderful experience. Further complementing the evening, was “Champagne, the busboy (how perfect a name is that?!) who was always attentive and never intrusive... again, a perfect sense of occasion. The bread, amuse bouche, appetizers, entrees, wine, and delicate dessert were each Mauro Colagreco “signature perfect”. Chef Colagreco can be proud of his entire team and the marvelous dining experience they provided my husband and me this evening.

Definitely a special place. The food was good but the service was special. You cannot have anything but a great time here from the bar to the table service. True four seasons tradition. Careful, however if you are sensitive to salt, as they have a heavy hand.
