I had an excellent experience here. Adrienne was very kind and even gave my girlfriend and I a tour, showing us their neighboring cigar lounge and book store. Coffee was great, would recommend.

Tiny cafe in the center of the upscale Worth Avenue shopping district. Located inside an alleyway off Worth Avenue. Pretty decor. Seating for approx 6 to 8 people. Service is friendly. No bathroom for customers. 10 minute walk to the beach. Acai bowls are good here.

Via Roma Cafe is a charming little café tucked away just off Worth Avenue. The literary-themed menu is so fun—great names for sandwiches and drinks that make the experience special. I loved the smoked salmon bagel and the iced latte, both fresh and flavorful.

The outdoor seating is small but perfect for a quick coffee break or light lunch. The staff was friendly and welcoming, especially during my visit. It’s a great spot to relax, people-watch, or grab a quality coffee before exploring the shops nearby.

A perfect hidden gem if you’re in Palm Beach!

Tiny and no selection. Next time you plan on having a drink with a pastry or a sandwich- call them first. Most likely they won’t have anything

A lovely café hidden at the end of an alley, so it is a great spot to rest or if you just need a break from the sun.
I saw it on Instagram so I wanted to check it out for myself.
The café is cute and cosy with both sitting-in or out of the café.
Service was ok, there was one employee and seems a bit detached. The coffee was disappointing to be honest. Just a machined coffee nothing special.

Do not visit this establishment! The manager is extremely rude and treats both customers and employees horribly. My wife, who has bought coffee there in the past, went inside to purchase a bottle of water for my 70-year-old mother. While she was inside, the barista kindly offered her a few cups of water instead. Within two minutes of sitting down outside, the rude and arrogant manager approached us to inform us that the seats are for paying customers only. I'm not sure if me being Black had anything to do with it, but I have a feeling it might have. For context, there was only one other couple outside, the place was nearly empty.

I’ve visited this coffee shop a few times. A few weeks ago I was shopping with my husband and mother-in law in the jewelry store next door and we decided to take a quick break. I went into Via Roma Cafe to get some water, the employee was so sweet and offered me some cups of water on the house. I went outside so we can drink the waters and sit on the outdoor chairs. We were sitting for not even 2 minutes when an older looking man came up to me and asked “are you guys going to be ordering anything or…” and I replied that we are drinking our water taking a quick break from walking. He replied “yeah well these seats are for customers who will be buying”. For context, cafe was nearly empty with no line of customers. I looked at my husband and my husband said “are you telling us you want us to leave?” and the older man said “well do you not understand?”. I told him he was being rude. He replied with “no, its not rude, do you just not understand…”.
He was rude, arrogant, unpleasant, and clearly thirsty for money.
I consider myself a customer even if that particular day and moment I didn't “hand money into the employee’s hand” I still went in with intention to buy water and was given water on the house. Like I mentioned, I’ve passed into the cafe for coffee in the past when I'm in the area.
That is absolutely not the way to service customers whether they’ve bought something that day or any other day before. I’m assuming this guy was the owner. I obviously wont be returning or ever recommending this rude old man’s cafe. Hope he he treats his employee’s better.

Super cute literature themed cafe that is hidden away in an alley. Iced lattes were good. Very limited seating. Sandwiches were ok but on the expensive side. Realized one of the sandwiches was missing ingredients (bacon, spinach) and the staff did not let us know or offer alternatives before making and giving them to us. We didn't notice until after leaving the cafe (took them to go) and I was annoyed because the total for 2 lattes and 2 sandwiches was $50.
