50 minute wait for one meatball sub online evening pickup order. Get there and it's slow but the order's not ready. Staff looks around for a minute and realizes the order's not even started. Not even a simple apology, just 'ready in 10 minutes.' 60 minutes is too long for one sub. Canx'd.

i’ve been to anna’s many times now and have loved every dish i’ve had. the lasagna is phenomenal and so is the philly cheese steak. the portions are huge so i love to share with my fiancé. the customer service is immaculate, i have always been greeted with smiles. can’t recommend anna’s enough!

I was excited to try this Anna’s pizza after I heard it was under new management .I tried this location in the past and let down, the customer service was great but We ordered one pizza, half pepperoni/ half cheese. We were told 35-40min. Waited over an hour and it was a pickup. The pizza crust had the texture of untoasted white bread and minimal flavor. Nothing compares to the original Anna’s in Stuart years ago by the Roosevelt bridge. Unfortunately I won’t be wasting money here again.

We order pizza every Friday for many years, yesterday our pizza crust / shell / dough was awful, no taste and was like cardboard, not sure if there are new owners but the pizza was very different, tasted more like frozen than hand tossed, we will go again as usual next Friday, hoping it was a one off night, will post the outcome.
Pizza tasted fresh and showed me the food before I left for pickup which was a nice touch!

A great little pizza spot in Palm City, FL. This is our 2nd time visiting this place. They sure can crank out some pizza for sure‼️ They had a lot of foot traffic coming through for pick ups‼️ The food and service is great‼️ They use to serve beer, but unfortunately they had and owner change and not they don't offer beer anymore.....Nevertheless, if you're in the area for dinner or for just a few slices, come check this place out‼️????

Review was updated from a previous experience and rather than change anything I just deleted the review and move the stars up from 1 to 3. I will bring it back to five Stars after a couple more trouble free visits. You didn't respond to the previous review which would have told you the problem. The problem was someone was upset with me for not tipping on a pickup order and it was a one star review.I have no problem with the food as the food is great. But I will never tip on a pickup order and if I get attitude I will definitely get attitude back. I will tip absolutely if you're waiting on me or delivering 20%. I've kind of had it with everybody asking for a tip.

Came in excited about trying a new pizza place! Reviews look good. Ordered two pizzas to go. Was supposed to take about 30 minutes which was fine I waited in the lobby. Another person came in and ordered a pizza. During that time one of the staff went home for the day. She was the one that had taken our order. there were two more in the kitchen. I saw a pizzas coming out of the oven and figured it was ours but they only called him and the others they put up on top of the pizza oven. Since they had called him I was waiting for them to call us as we were the only people in the restaurant. 15 minutes later other people are coming in and I ask the lady if my pizzas are coming out soon. Turns out they didn't call me and my pizzas were sitting there for 15 minutes cold on the top of the pizza oven if I hatten said anything I probably would still be sitting there. very unprofessional as we were the only ones in the restaurant. Was very pissed. With all that being said the pizza is good. Just make sure you keep up with your own orders and don't expect the staff to keep up with them.
