I ordered on line. Took over an hour for delivery. I thought he may be lost so I called and no - he was just delivering 2 orders. So I said, great, no problem. He rang the doorbell, took me 10 second at most to get to the door only to find the pizza sitting on the ground and the driver walking back to his car. The pizza was cold. I called the store who had turned on their message answering to say the store was now closed. Closed at 7:45pm?

Uselly we get pizza here on fridays . Tonight was no exception and we get home and eating and my husband says it's not the correct pizza . First time ever for a mistake pizza . Also the crust was burnt on the bottom.

Your location closes at 11 that's when you stop service! Ordered through the app and the order went through with out issue. Store called and cancelled order because they shut down their oven too early. It's always some slack not give a crap individual making good companies look bad. If the order is placed during business hours and goes through perfect on the nationwide app it is your duty as a franchise owner to fulfill that order. If not get rid of the franchise if you cannot uphold its values.
