Needless to say.. The tea was hot..
The muffins we're fresh... The service,,, with a smile...
The sourdough sandwich.. Usually great for a quick fix...

This place wasted my time and money I am never going to a Dunkin’ Donuts again didn’t even give me my food and can’t even give me a refund telling me to go through the app app won’t give me a refund either.

Rude workers “you just put it in, it’s gunna be awhile” on the intercom. Order lady at window “not ready yet” the second I pulled to the window. Pulled around. The lady seemed disturbed when she came out with my food.

Overall not a good experience. I’ll go to the other Dunkin down the road.

Both Dunkin’s in palm city never get your order correct beware.

Ordered on $60 worth on app. Went thru drive thru. Shorted food. Phone number does not work. Horrible

Potatoes was cool, burned and tasted the old oil.
The coffee was not as O ordered with milk, it was plain and when I asked the lady, she took my coffee so rudely and barely added the milk... never will ordered from here again.

I order online and it's ready in like 2 shakes of a lambs tail. I see everyone waiting in the drive through scowling at me when I actually park, walk in, and walk out 20 seconds later with my coffee

LOVE LOVE LOVE old hasbrowns and not even the correct amount given. Like it’s not even a hard job and you failed 🤦🏽‍♀️

The morning crew here is amazing. They seriously kick it out of the ball park every morning . They’re so nice and so fast. They deserve. Shoutout to.

Spent $4 on a 3/4 drink. Jay said she's not allowed to fill it up because I didn't want ice. Pathetic service, pathetic staff. I'll go to the gas station two feet away next time for a much cheaper FULL drink with better service than jay.

Aye not bad! The service has manners and are nice. $3 for a bagel. And it was very good. The inside was kinda small. Here comes the bad parts… a 10 oz apple juice cost 3 dollars?!? I can get half a gallon (64 oz) of apple juice at target for $2.19! And also the tables are VERY dusty. I cleaned it though with a napkin. The seats are ok.. now service. I asked them for a plain bagel buttered,not toasted and they gave me the exact same as i ordered. 4/5 overall.

Horrendous customer service. I was cut off from speaking by the young man with short blonde hair before I could finish, and he had an attitude the entire time. They told me to pull around without looking for my mobile order first- when I pulled around and they could not find it the same boy kept shooting me nasty looks. I realized I didn’t hit submit on my mobile order and let the lady who was there know, she also had a bit of an attitude and told me I would have to pull around and get back in line to place my order instead of just taking it at the window. All could have been avoided if they had actually looked for the order while I was at the speaker. I ended up pulling away and going to another establishment and will not be returning, even though I work nearby and it is convenient. I was pleasant the whole time and was met with nothing but awful customer service.

I don’t like that when I order a bunch and ask for water, they want to charge me $1.07 for it. They truly expect people to say “never mind” because the price is ridiculous for water in a cup. I told them to charge me for it. Then she came back with an attitude asking me what I was waiting for? “What do you want” I want water! You would think they aren’t being paid. SMH

Really awful location. Terrible customer service. Went through the drive though, and the lady on the speaker was incredibly impatient with us while we gave our order. When we pulled up the the window, no one said hi, or was kind in the slightest. We ordered a cold brew with cream and sugar, and instead of using simple syrup which would make sense for a cold beverage, they used white sugar which was in a pile stuck at the bottom of the cup. They also didn’t give us a receipt, and no napkins for the donut we ordered. It just makes the whole experience incredibly irritating and inconvenient.

Whoever works there it’s a boy or a girl has her pants pulled down past. They’re behind where their underwear is showing. I don’t appreciate bringing my kids in there. have some respect when you go to work.
