We went to the drive thru this morning. We ordered on the app. Pulled up to the window and the girl handed us our drinks and my husband handed her a tip. I said you should wait till order is complete. We sat and waited.. The staff were chatting and fooling around, didn’t acknowledge that we were still there. Finally someone else came to the window and asked what we needed. I felt like saying,” our tip back.” Do better!

Terrible experience. Ordered inside sat there and waited 30 minutes before I spoke up and said something because they looked busy and the food was just sitting on the counter behind the registers. Faster service at a damn hospice.

Couldn't go to the bathroom here. Someone took a dump and clogged it. Never been in such a nasty place. Will never go back. And the staff messed up my order as well. They really need to clean the place. So gross. My sandwich was cold too idk how they toasted it. Makes zero sense. 0/10 recommend.

Horrible customer service!!! My coffee wasn't given to me the exact way I ordered it. I had to get to my destination, and go back to Dunkin Donuts. I explained what happened, and she rolled her eyes at me, didn't apologize, and handed me the coffee as if I was in the wrong. They need to hire people with customer service, or retrain the ones they have.

Not often do I get service like I did today. Sarah the manager had my coffee made in less than one minute, no bs. Have NEVER had an experience like today. Shout out Sarah and the crew today on feb 7 2023 at 730am?

Road tripping north and I needed a bathroom/beverage pit stop. This place is located on the connector road passing from I95 and the Turnpike ramps. It is next to the gas station, but they share the same parking area. The bathrooms are part of the gas station but there is a connecting door to pass inside from gas station to Dunkin. My early morning stop here was very nice. The service was very friendly from the young ladies behind the counter. The menu board was brightly lit and had a variety of items with pictures to help make food and beverage decisions. The sugary confection area was also well stocked. Ordering and paying through the app worked well, and since I was the only patron inside at the time, my order was prepared quickly and served hot. I was very happy they had decaf mint tea, and the breakfast snack wrap was quite delicious. The tortilla was soft and the cheese melted nicely inside. I enjoyed my visit and would definitely return on my next road trip.
