The Hispanic girl that wears a pony tail braid that worked on May 28th at 9:30 am at the drive thru window has the nastiest attitude I ever encountered in my life . She repeatedly gave me an attitude for trying to scan my points and was rolling her eyes at me the whole time .

This location has really stepped it up in the last year or so, mobile orders are done on time and correctly, the crew looks at the dining room to see what people need (unique to this location) and the place is always spotless. This is my morning pit stop every work day and it’s been a long time since I’ve been delayed nor disappointed. Thanks for everything!

i have been sick with covid and i lost my job because of it , i showed up at 4 am everyday i was sick and the employees and assistant manager where aware of it i threw up at work n had to go home I tested myself yesterday, my day off and sent a picture to the manager now today i am fired n lost my position due to them not informing another manager . if im sick do you want me to get elderly sick that come to my job?? this is disgusting and poor management good luck to others . also, the other employees when im telling them im sick Don’t think I know any Spanish and I sit there and Talk about me because I’m saying I’m sick. Sad .

I've been to this location twice. Both times workers were incredibly rude and sometimes aggressive/offensive. It seems to stem from the fact that a lot of them have their first/main language as Spanish (both times i was there i only saw 2-4 workers max)This would be fine if not for the fact that when i try to explain my order or correct them on what i want (what type of milk or what specific drink) they get incredibly annoyed and end up talking over me or disregarding me, as if I'M the bother for wanting it done right with the correct info? The first time i went the cashier had to let someone take over because she couldn't understand me when i asked what was in a specific drink and looked like she was gonna blow a blood vessel.My family is hispanic and I understand that frustration, but to get petty and upset at someone for the same issue you're having? The store isnt cleaner and the food isnt better than the other dunkin down the road so there's no point in me continuing to go here.
My husband doesn't miss a day! He literally makes a daily purchase at Dunkin Donuts. I was with him on Saturday and I had one of your ice coffees. It was delish. Our doggies loved your hashed brown bites. Thank you for feeding my husband breakfast for as long as we've been married. Maybe DD is the secret to 23 years of bliss?❤️?

Renovation looks great, too bad I’ll never come back to this location again after I was verbally assaulted by the manager today. I didn’t get his name but 40s maybe, grayish hair and not in the Dunkin shirt. I was attempting to assist a trainee at the register who was struggling and asked twice for help from her coworkers. I was very calmly trying to tell her what she might want to look for on the buttons she is looking at. When I finally saw the “gentleman” who I assume was a manager with his headphones on and asked him nicely “could she get some help?” Here is his nasty response: “I’ve already called for help for her!! You’re not the only customer!” All said with a nasty look on his face. I’m sorry but I’m not taking that. If I was nasty or rushing her I would understand possibly him getting uptight but still not to that point. Obviously they did not get my $$ and they shouldn’t get yours either. There is another location nearby and they were super friendly.
