I stop at this Dunkin 3-5 times weekly on my way to work and I’ve never had any issues with my mobile order not being ready or how my coffee is made. Everyone is very welcoming and efficient!

I've been here several times now and every time, they are out of the popular donuts. I should not have to rush there at 5:30am to get a good selection of donut, how about making more throughout the morning.?.? The staff/owners don't speak English as a first language, so ANYTHING out of the routine (question, special request) gets you a blank look or eye of disdain. Friendly customer service goes a long way in a commodity industry.

Isabella that works the drive thru is probably the last person who should work with customers,she is rude and agrues with you even though she never gets the order right. Then to find out she's an assistant manager?? Whoever in is charge of this Dunkin needs to get rid of her! We all drive out of our way to a different Dunkin to avoid her.

Why can’t anyone at this place cut a sandwich in half? It’s not that hard. Another Dunkin actually told me they couldn’t b/c they didn’t have a knife. really? This location told me yes - with obvious attitude- but didn’t do it. Don’t know which is worse. Terrible service. Go next door to McDonald’s.

i walk in here and what do i see both employees sitting down at a table on their phones!!! unreal, the owner should check the camera's more often to see what those two girls are doing, obviously not working!!!!

The Hispanic girl that wears a pony tail braid that worked on May 28th at 9:30 am at the drive thru window has the nastiest attitude I ever encountered in my life . She repeatedly gave me an attitude for trying to scan my points and was rolling her eyes at me the whole time .
