This place is kind of a blast into the past if you ever went to a bar with your parents as a kid! They don’t have a drink menu and the bar tender got a little snobby when asked what they have! If cigarette smoke bothers you this is not the place for you as the air is pretty thick with it!

Horrible rude service z, fight when we came , only one bartender on a Saturday night then after the fight there were Gm two doing shots while working messing up tans taking forever past 3am
So smoky, my eyes were burning! I couldn't stay very long. From the short time I was in there even my purse smelled like smoke for days!

As good as it gets at a Harper’s I mean… you can smoke inside… play music on the jute box, shoot some pool, darts, arm wrestling. Lol laid back & cool like it should be.
