This was one of our favorite places ever, always came here whenever we visited Florida but it's now closed. Phone number is dead, website is dead, there's a closed sign on the door. Very sad, we really loved the place. Great food and the lounge singer was a great pleasure.

Ordered a LARGE margherita puzza for delivery. Waited about an hour and received a small pizza. Called the restaurant 3 times and no one answered. Unreliable. Not sure why we even decided to try this instead of our regular Anna’s pizza.

My wife and I were on our way to Carrabas, but due to bumper/bumper traffic, we opted to visit this restaurant that was recommended by a friend of my wife. Shrimp Alfredo sucked, no flavor, bland, and watery. My wife ordered veal cutlet Parmigiano, bland and was 1 of those frozen veal patties. Over $50.00 better thrown out the window. My wife said, let's take the rest home, thinking she could season it up, we wound up throwing it out.

I would love to order to go food but every single time I’ve called I get an answering machine. I’m not really sure why this local restaurant doesn’t want local biz and insists on using grub hub but some people just wanna order food and pick it up. There’s way too many Italian places to order from if your to busy to answer the phone I’ll be happy to take my biz else where.

Ordered through Google's Order Food app. Was told the food wasn't ready upon arrival, then it was luke warm at best & the wrap was a soggy mess. Garlic bread was inedible. Wrap would have been ok if not soggy. Lasagna was fair. Tiramisu ... Meh. +$3 for caesar salad that wouldn't have pd ¢.25 for. I think I've gotten a week's worth of sodium from what was edible. Was told this place was great, missed the mark tonight.

So we get everyone in the family to pick what they would like to eat and no one answers the phone. Checked the hours of operation on their website, Google, and Apple Maps. All state that you open at 4pm. Drive to the location now past 5pm and the doors are LOCKED. Sign in the window even states they should be open. What’s going on La Borgata???

This restaurant definitely needs chef Ramsey!! They have great pizza but lack communication and great customer service!!!!! Their hours on the website are inaccurate!!! So my questions to this restaurant..... You must not want be open for much longer especially from the reviews I’ve read and experience also I’ve had personally Stop apologizing and fix the problem!!!
