Shout out to the worker Tyrell. He is so sweet and the best thing about this McDonalds. But a store is only as strong as the management and if the management is poor it will trickle down the line. They have cut corners and microwaved buns to defrost them making them taste stale. They have forgotten things in my order and fail to replace it because I can’t remember the name of someone who can barely speak English. The way they make food is inconsistent while I have a large family I expect everything to be the same but it never is. And so I am obligated to check my order prior to leaving to ensure accuracy and consistency. The manager Maria can barely speak English and while I appreciate diversity when your job is to communicate you cannot effectively train or communicate with employees or communicate with customers. Employees ring items up incorrectly and fail at producing the same easy to make food consistently. Also, dropping food on the ground and rewrapping it is unacceptable.

This is the worst mc Donald’s I’ve ever tasted. I asked for fresh 4 piece and med fry. I didn’t even eat the fries because it taste like they put the fries on the floor and refried it to make it hot. I am waking up the next day in pain. My stomach hurt so bad. I asked for fresh food and they refused to provide me that service.

Today got sent there for a #DoorDash order. I stood patiently in front of the counter for 5 minutes before anyone addressed me. Then they said they didn't have it. It was 2 cookies and a bacon and egg sandwich. When they said they were going to get a manager instead of boxing up a sandwich and 2 cookies, I reported their system down and canceled the order. How do you train on logic?

Person taking order made a few mistakes but we were unaware. The screen showed order for only a couple of seconds and he didn’t read back. They were missing a few fries and manager refused to take payment and provide fries. She actually told us to go back through the drive-through and get back in line. She couldn’t understand why i was upset and was rude. This was the MANAGER. Where is the training & customer service? It was their mistake.
