Tried the new McStrips. Idk if it’s tumors in the chicken or just undercooked, but disgusting hard pieces in the chicken. Really gross. The creamy chili sauce is not a good dipping sauce for the chicken either, it actually pairs decent with the fries. McNuggets have been around forever for a reason. The new chicken sandwiches, the chicken biscuits, the McStrips all seem to have problems with either the quality of the food itself or the quality in which the food was cooked. My advice, Don’t waste your money on an expensive marketing scheme. Stick with what you know.

One of the slowest, dirtiest McDonalds I have been to in my life. Almost guaranteed they will screw up your order. BE PREPARED TO WAIT 30 MINUTES OR MORE FOR YOUR ORDER, EVEN WHEN THEY ARE NOT BUSY. HORRIBLY RUN MCDONALDS

Absolute worst of all McDonald’s franchises…in Palm City. Order is frequently wrong. Quality of food …terrible. Fish sandwiches were old and obviously microwaved, bread was stale and tough. I’m really surprised this place is still open. No stars for this McDonald’s.

Shout out to the worker Tyrell. He is so sweet and the best thing about this McDonalds. But a store is only as strong as the management and if the management is poor it will trickle down the line. They have cut corners and microwaved buns to defrost them making them taste stale. They have forgotten things in my order and fail to replace it because I can’t remember the name of someone who can barely speak English. The way they make food is inconsistent while I have a large family I expect everything to be the same but it never is. And so I am obligated to check my order prior to leaving to ensure accuracy and consistency. The manager Maria can barely speak English and while I appreciate diversity when your job is to communicate you cannot effectively train or communicate with employees or communicate with customers. Employees ring items up incorrectly and fail at producing the same easy to make food consistently. Also, dropping food on the ground and rewrapping it is unacceptable.

When you go to this location make sure you check your order for accuracy and be prepared for attitude when it’s wrong! You have one job, make sure what people ordered is what they get. You should just pull up and let them serve you what they want. This is what happens 8 out of 10 times. I ordered a burger with mustard and pickle only and got a burger with a dot of mustard and no pickle. 🙄

I would like to give a shout out to a staff. Member that assisted me. I forgot his name but he took my order. It made me feel so comfortable because I'm wearing a sling and my injury. He made sure. That I was well taken care of food was fast. Food was great kudos to the staff. And management team, you guys are killing it. Thanks for making my experience an amazing true experience.

After 20 years of going here , a little pissed, today AGAIN , just left there 13 mi. ride home only to find out , NO potato in
my big breakfast, maybe 10 time in all these years. They just don't care, the owner lives in Ga. an Arab who own's TWENTY ONE McDonald franchise's.??????? When I look to check what's in the bag , the car behind blows the horn???

Waited almost 1 Hour in the drive thru for 1 meal and a happy meal. Received the food and was missing half the order, when asked to get the other half of food and missing happy meal toys, the lady at window couldn’t respond and was confused.

Just picked up my order and when I got home, I was missing my burger, which was a barbecue bacon burger and I ordered a shamrock McFlurry. I got a plain McFlurry. My fries were ice cold. There’s nowhere to call and complain. I did it through the app the app won’t let you do it unless I have a receipt they didn’t give me a receipt. This is the third time this has happened to me very disappointed.
