The food tastes good, but the rice was a bit cold inside and the service was terrible. When I called to order, they rushed me and didn’t give me time to add more sides or ask for anything else; they basically hung up and I couldn’t finish my order the way I wanted. When I arrived at the restaurant, the service was very serious, without a smile or a kind word. They need to improve customer service: be more friendly, smile, make suggestions, and give the customer enough time to place their order calmly.

The egg rolls and dinners are always extremely greasy. Weather making a call for an order. We're picking it up in person. You're usually greeted by someone that either is rude or just doesn'care to take your order. Other than the name new york chinese restaurant. The taste and the quality you just aren't there. I wish it were. I would be ordering daily. For me, how you're greeted, and how you're treated in a restaurant, means it alot. And not having to take a stack of napkins to soak up the grease. Is important. The prices are average to everyone else's.

Called to place an order and was yelled at because I wasn’t able to make out what the woman on the phone was saying when she asked me what size I wanted. She then proceeded to put the phone down to help other people without telling me or asking me to hold. It was incredibly rude & unprofessional.

We used to frequent the restaurant and the quality has gone down hill. The people answering their phone are not kind at all, The egg rolls had no meat at all it was just cabbage. We ordered egg roll not spring roll. The food was bland. My chow mein came without rice and our Szechuan chicken had no flavor at all. That was our last attempt. Sad, not sure what has changed.

Decent food, quick service, friendly employees. We had 4 different meals for take out and they were all good! I feel like the negative reviews are a bit harsh. A 5 to me is Chinatown quality so I can’t give it that. But a 4 is very fair.

Terrible food the pork fried rice was EXTREMELY DRY AND THE LADY DID NOTHING TO HELP. The orange chicken was hard and cold! Do not ever order Chinese food here. This is ABSOLUTELY nothing compared to NEW YORK STYLE FOOD. The container of soup was a toddler portion. If I could offer zero starts I would totally!!
