The food tastes good, but the rice was a bit cold inside and the service was terrible. When I called to order, they rushed me and didn’t give me time to add more sides or ask for anything else; they basically hung up and I couldn’t finish my order the way I wanted. When I arrived at the restaurant, the service was very serious, without a smile or a kind word. They need to improve customer service: be more friendly, smile, make suggestions, and give the customer enough time...
We used to frequent the restaurant and the quality has gone down hill. The people answering their phone are not kind at all, The egg rolls had no meat at all it was just cabbage. We ordered egg roll not spring roll. The food was bland. My chow mein came without rice and our Szechuan chicken had no flavor at all. That was our last attempt. Sad, not sure what has changed.
Decent food, quick service, friendly employees. We had 4 different meals for take out and they were all good! I feel like the negative reviews are a bit harsh. A 5 to me is Chinatown quality so I can’t give it that. But a 4 is very fair.
