Dirty Tables everywhere, roll of paper towels on sink in bathroom, mysterious trash can just outside bathroom door, it’s not even busy, practically empty, lazy employees. Sun. 4-27-05. 11:25 am
Overpriced food and portions have shrunk tremendously.
Slowly getting worse and worse with increasingly higher prices. But that's how every company ends up going. Get big, expand, and then kill off what made you big in the first place. 48 bucks for 3 half sandwiches and 3 cups of mushy soup. Bread used to be a free side and now it's either bread, chips, or an apple. A lot of the horizontal shelves had excessive dust on them. Needs a deep cleaning but it's in a rich area so I'm sure the help is hard to find.
Surprised. I thought the employees were friendly here IMHO.
The best part of Panera is the food photographer, lol. Look what I ordered, and look what I got. :(
Hot food and good service.
On more than one occasion, this location is out of items before the dinner rush even starts which indicates poor management. Do better. Also be very careful using the app! If they run out of something, they won't even notify you - you just show up and it's not there - even though the app let's you order and pay for it! Rip off!! This has happened at this location and at Tradition more than once. Must be company policy to not care about their customers' time. Very disappointed at the declining quality in customer service and just basic doing your job well. The food, when they have and it's not missing ingredients, is still fairly good, but good luck getting everything you order and properly made more than twice in a row.
Great for a quick lunch
Mini mini mini croissants that were stale! Service bad, she threw croissants in my direction. Price ridiculous for seriously the smallest croissant ever ! Croissant tastes like a piece of Italian bread, no butter and no flavor!

It's obvious management has given up on this location. The employees lifelessly just shuffle around without acknowledging anyone while throwing out mediocre, overpriced food. When I was able to get the attention of an employee all I got was a rude flippant response. I will not be back to this location.

It is a good place to share with friends and family
Vegetarian options: It's good but the dishes are smaller and more expensive, it's true.
Food has greatly improved but staff in this location not at all friendly or courteous

We just ordered 2 u-pick-two’s and a bagel with 1 drink… $45. But the kicker was, the cream cheese for the bagel was sour, the Mac n cheese had chunks of the cheese (not melted down), the cookie was dry and likely from a few days ago. A to-go order so we could really only enjoy about half the meal we purchased. It wasn’t even busy there so not sure how there was such a lack of attention to detail. For that price, I will not be going back or taking my chances.

Panera went downhill since COVID and dropped out of our go to list. They’re back in! The new sandwiches are delicious and they’re generous with the ingredients. Their soups are still small but loaded with meat and flavor. My wife loves their new salads. So…welcome back!
