Very impressed. I've never been to Panera until last week. I love the fact that its quick food but not fast food. I like eating off a plate and not paper wrapping. Lol Its a little more on average above fast food places but its a way more healthy option. My new favorite is the Autumn Squash soup. 🍲

The service was friendly. The soup was delicious. The mac and cheese was served dried out and room temperature. We also ordered a Fuji Apple Salad. The chicken was not good. So I ate around it. Panera has definitely been better.

Who ever is working the kitchen in the back wears way too much cologne. I got my food to-go and when I got home it smelled like some sprayed an entire bottle of Axe cologne in my bag of food. Totally ruined the appetite. It wasn’t any where else except inside my bag of food so whoever handles the food needs to chill with the cologne.

Went there to meet with an old friend that I hadn't seen for a long time. We were able to get something to eat and drink and stay there all afternoon talking and we weren't rushed out. It was very comfortable.
Very happy with my visit to this location. The GM is incredibly nice and helpful, as are the employees. So kind. My green goddess avocado toast was delicious 😋. My latte was perfect, I had the Madagascar vanilla latte but with only 1 pump of the syrup vs the 3 pumps it originally comes with. If you like your coffee less sweet, 1 or 2 pumps is going to work well for you. Location is dog friendly outside and they invited me and my dog inside to grab my food and drink. Very cool. 😎 🐶

Stay away!! Poor quality food and service! I’ve ordered from this Panera Bread location 4-5 times per month over the last few months (for personal and work). Every fruit order has been molded, every bagel order cut and toasted is requested and it is never done, literally every order is missing something. Yes I know the definition of insanity, but due to the convenient location, I kept hoping the service and food preparation would improve. I am now insane and will not return…. Finally learned my lesson. Not okay and a waste of my money I work hard for. DO BETTER! BE BETTER! HAVE INTEGRITY!

Dirty Tables everywhere, roll of paper towels on sink in bathroom, mysterious trash can just outside bathroom door, it’s not even busy, practically empty, lazy employees. Sun. 4-27-05. 11:25 am

Slowly getting worse and worse with increasingly higher prices. But that's how every company ends up going. Get big, expand, and then kill off what made you big in the first place. 48 bucks for 3 half sandwiches and 3 cups of mushy soup. Bread used to be a free side and now it's either bread, chips, or an apple. A lot of the horizontal shelves had excessive dust on them. Needs a deep cleaning but it's in a rich area so I'm sure the help is hard to find.
