Best Subway in town! I came in today for lunch, store was busy and line moving quick. Ro did an amazing job! Sandwish was delicious. Store was super super clean i never seen a subway so clean .

I have been patronizing this store for 3 years never had a problem until today December 10th 2025 what a shame that Elias is such a rude employee that has no integrity to stand behind the product when the product had an odd flavor to it meaning that it was a tuna sandwich from this location #1659 in Palm City, threatening and cursing at customers is unacceptable This matter needs to be addressed by Subway as a corporation, pay attention fellow customers do not eat here You may get sick as I have or threatened or cursed at by Elias not a very good employee nor person have a great day thank you so much Do yourself a favor and go to Publix in the same plaza and get a Pub Sub, It will definitely be safer and tastier because we all know that Subway is on the way out ! By the way look up this store #1659 and see the 15 time and temperature food violations on DBPR site you will be enlightened as to how bad this location is ! Now I understand why I got food poisoning from the tuna due to their lack of quality and integrity, Publix Boar's Head London broil roast beef and Boar's Head Swiss cheese $7.79 awesome price good food no bad attitude thank you so much Publix ! Better deal than Subway any day

Disappointed bread was stale and crunchy on all 3 subs with all 3 different bread styles. If I am being charged $15 for a sub I expect freshness.

Ordered with DoorDash so I couldn’t tell you why chose the bread for the subs. I paid $45 for 3 subs and the bread was stale to the point where it hurt my son’s teeth.
It may be different if you order in person and can see the quality of the food that’s being prepared. Not sure I’ll buy from here again definitely not ordering for delivery.

The store manager is unprofessional and rude. He likes to harash others who work around the plaza about parking spots before clocking in by yelling at them and recording them. A person like that shouldn't work in manager but needs therapy sessions to deal with miserable life.

I love Palm City Subway! Both owners are very nice and personable. The restaurant is always clean, they hire friendly staff, food is delicious! Eli (one of the owners) made our subs, he was so polite the entire time and even asked how my weekend is going and told me to join Subway Rewards for savings. That’s a good Owner! 10/10 recommend

This place is disgusting and never have thier stuff together. Charged me for food on the app and then claimed to have never gotten the order even when shown receipts so now I’m out 20$. The have mold growing in their soda fountain as well. Very disappointing.

The Subway in Palm City, Florida is the best Subway in the state! The shop is clean and the owner is so kind; the shop is always inviting.
The food is phenomenal! I work right next door and surrounded by other restaurants, but Subway is my go-to every time.
I’ve had the meatball sub, the chicken bacon ranch, the Italian BMT and they are beautifully presented and made to order with the freshest ingredients.
If you’re in Palm City, stop by!

This store recently got a new manager and it couldn’t have been a better decision. He is friendly, he has gotten the store back up to par on cleanliness, and it seemed like he had some new employees! Best experience I’ve had at subway in a while. Please keep him around, I don’t want to have to drive 20 minutes for the next subway. Thanks again for the great service and food!

Ordered online pickup. I picked up the sub only to find a disgusting way to make a sub. When you order from online you expect to get what you order. I asked for light mustard on my sub and what I received was just gross. I went back and showed the manager the sub I received and the receipt and he tried to offer me another sub. There needs to be better service and quality for your customers. What he should have offered was a possible gift card or my money back. He did not seem to care one bit.
