We picked up dinner at this subway twice this week. Both times the bread was stale and hard as a rock. This store doesn’t care about the product they are selling to its customers.

Hands down the worst establishment. One employee. Telling the customers that come in, that he’s going to be a while making 12 subs for an online order. Place needs new owners badly. Thankfully Publix is right next door. I wish this place would go out of business and let someone who cares about their product and customers. What a joke. Lost my $20 for your terrible sub, by clearly turning me away because your one employee is busy lol.

Go to another subway. This is an old and tired store. I’ve given it several tries - and it’s consistently meh. Bread over baked and tough, lettuce tastes days old…The staff has always been friendly. It’s the quality standard of the food that is missing.

This location, without fail, has been completely mismanaged and poorly operated. It is either understaffed or poorly stocked each time I have been here. They don’t accept coupons or promotions. So they are pretty much just a processed, poorly run assembly line version of the better restaurants in the same shopping center.

One of your employees needs to learn customer service. I was just there and I already get uncomfortable asking for what I want but when he came back with the bread I could tell the bread was overcooked and asked for another one and he refused to give me a different one because he said they just made them. When your customer says please get I get another bread you do that because they are the ones paying! Now here I am not enjoying my sandwich because it’s falling apart and it’s dried. Mind you I go there all the time, and no one else has treated me this way.

What was I thinking? Hadn't been to one in years. I was driving by and didn't feel like cooking! Well, I should have! The young man was nice enough, but talk about sh"t on a shingle. The meatball sub was worse than I got in high school eons ago! Go next door.

Update to past review. New owner and the service has declined. I ordered on line and paid in advance. Plenty of confusion ensued. Order was not prepared. Staff didn't know how to find the order etc. I don't fault the employees since both were new and had not been trained. Food was standard Subway. Grateful they had masks on since we are living ion a pandemic but the place appeared dirty . Not a good experience at all.
