I’m giving 3 stars, just because I haven’t actually been able to try anything from here, because every time I go there, despite Google saying it’s open, it never is. I drive by at least 3 to 4 times a week, after I take my son to work, and it’s literally never open. If I can ever try anything, I will update this review, because I’m sure it will be delicious.
We are from out of state and randomly chose a bakery as we were traveling through the area to grab some breakfast to go from. We chose right! We had egg sandwiches and a variety of pastries to go and everything was simply wonderful. We spoke with the owner, he was very friendly and a joy to speak with while we awaited our egg sandwiches being made. They use quality ingredients yet the prices were very fair!
Variety was non existent, customers and staff were very rude. Advertise pastries etc, extremely limited quantity. Wasted 1hr going back and forth for nothing. It's the kind of place that has huge orders for regs. Stay away, if you're not an older person they know who pre orders boxes and boxes of sweets.. The couple items I did purchase were of course supposed to be sweet, but was wayyyyyy over sweet and tasteless.. Pricing is also off the charts. Imo and others stay away.
An incredible find! The shop is clean, the staff is friendly and so welcoming! Everything is authentic, fresh & delicious from the caprese sandwich, to the cookies, to the pastries, to the fresh baked breads and they use Lavazza coffee which is my favorite! The only issue I have is deciding what I want to order because it all is so amazing! My new favorite stop!!
Wonderful bakery, delicious pastry and cookies made with quality ingredients! Warm and friendly staff too! A little bit of heaven in Palm Coast….
This was such a pleasant stop. I had a hankering for a good cannoli and found Adette’s on google - happy I did! The filling is sweet but not too sweet and the crust on the Lobster Tail is so light, crispy and buttery. The staff were all very kind and provided us with knowledge about the goods and the business. Will be back!
I had Lily as my server and she was spectacular! Very kind, sociable, patient and helpful. The food was of superior quality.
Everyone that works here is very sweet :) especially lillie! the food is always good
omg! Al and his staff have my business, forever & always. What an amazing time I had this afternoon. Cappuccino was delicious and the pastry was absolutely the best. A little piece of Italy right here in Palm Coast. Extraordinary!
Wherever I travel bakeries are top search! Adette's doesn't let you down; almost all made in house. Two visits during the busy holidays and we're just getting started. Great people also. Just don't tell too many people!; joke!

Just had the sfogliatelle and lobster tail for my first time visit to this hidden gem of bakery. Having come from New York, and regularly going to the Court Street bakery in Brooklyn (it's claim to fame is the bakery in the movie moonstruck), I was very surprised at how good their pastry was. Brought back many pleasant memories of when as a child I would go to the Court Street bakery and pick up pastries for my Italian family for the holidays. This is a must see bakery if you really want high quality Italian pastries.

Since I moved to the Palm Coast area I have been searching for a NY type of bakery, along with several other culinary treats. Recently I was back in NY and had attended the San Gennero festival in little Italy, always a great experience and had the pleasure of having a cannoli from the famous Ferrera’s bakery on Mullberry St. A taste of home…and then a friend mentioned Adette’s and how delicious their baked goods are….and they are. Go see Al,tell him Steve from Brooklyn sent you,you won’t be disappointed.
