Bartletts is a must-visit restaurant with outstanding dishes created by Chef Gary. The atmosphere is very nice, especially if you go early. Reservations are a must, but it's worth it. The Chilean Sea Bass Dinner specials and the burger meal were delicious, not a morsel left on the plate. The staff is busy but attentive, and the owner, Carolyn, goes above and beyond to make customers feel welcome. The music is at a perfect volume for conversation. The Expresso Martini is a must-try, and the drinks concocted by Megan are amazing. The lamb lollipops are melt-in-your-mouth good, and the ribeye is perfect for sharing. Save room for the fabulous carrot cake for dessert. Overall, Bartletts on A1A in Palm Coast, FL, is a fabulous dining experience that you won't want to miss.
