They ignore me at the counter and I order 3 ice cream they give me 2 and left after minutes I was waiting for them, I decide to ask and they didn’t say sorry only ask Wich one and gave me like if I am nothing or nobody. Very bad, I never come back this place.

The experience at this Dunkin Donuts was so bad that I need a refund of customer service. This was customer harassment and at very worst, potential cause of death for how callous and lack of empathy the manager at this building handled 1 large order. The name of this manager is Eric Cott (Could be spelt wrong). An 30-40, Caucasian, bald individual who runs this shift of honestly respectful workers with disgust, rudeness, and sociopathic revolt. His arrogance, disregard for safety, and complete lack of mental clarity, awareness, or maturity led to an altercation at this establishment that could have led to my death. Let me explain.It was around noon and I was coming into the buildings drive thru to pick up food for myself, my brother and his wife. I had not eaten that day and my sister in law recommended this brand so I took the plunge and drove up. I let them know in advance it would be a long order as over the intercom, a very nice lady would be taking my order. Since I was getting this order over the phone, it took a small bit of time to move from my brother, to me, back to the lady, and for that delay of time, I do take responsibility for. However, in 2 instances during that order, an older male would appear and attempt to talk to me. I would continue as usual until realizing that a line was starting to form behind me, spurring me to try and finish faster to not hold up the workers. This comes from years of experience working in the fast food field so for the workers, I completely get the frustration. This post was not aimed towards the individual workers working day by day in harsh conditions. They are sweet souls who deserve more then the lack of respect they are given. I only send this warning to those regarding a shift runned by Gary Cott. Back on topic to the order, after the second instance of the male through the intercom, I get a horn sound from behind me from a woman in a White Sedan, 30-40 in age, this caused momentary lapse in confusion which, unfortunately caused the order to be delayed. After this, the male (Gary Cott), came out to meet the female in the car behind me as they had a little chat while I was trying to order. This conversation then had spiraled into collusion against me, as the lady would then continue to honk, which caused more confusion until I was able to finally get my order in, apologizing to the lady for the delay. I actually was expecting to see the male talk to me in the car for a private, mature talk. This did not happen, as when I got to the window, I made sure that due to the size of my order, I did what was asked by the kind lady. I had my payment ready, I signed the receipt (which was not given to me which is why I had to put in this review), and even asked her where to park for the size of the order to reduce excess time on the line. As I was talking, Gary Cott came up to the window, and in a very upset, crass, and condescending tone told me next time to put my order through the app as they are not prepared for situations like mine. This act of aggression, combined with the woman behind me, teaming up for a non-physical violent assault on me was very immature of both the person behind me, and the managers disposition. This caused a wave of confusion and worry of potential counterattack from the lady behind me and the manager due to their signs of aggression. This then caused myself to go into a panic attack, as I, as a mentally and physically disabled individual, do not have any ability to handle aggression of any kind which causes complete mental shutdown and panic. The lady who took my order did understand the situation and attempted to tell me multiple times in my dazed state that everything was going to be okay and that I should move up to the little sign in the drive-thru to wait for my order.

First of all this ice cream store is open til 11p. That makes them the top ice cream option in Palm Coast. Add to that friendly and generous staff, more seating inside and out and unique flavor options and it makes BR my new favorite. Sorry Brusters. Picky about my ice cream but this chocolate mouse was super creamy w/o melting all over. Happy to discover what Ive been missing. And the smell of fresh croissants were a great greating as well. Looking forward to having my mtgs here.

Needed a quick birthday cake for an older lady friend. We stopped off at Baskin-Robbins to pick up the smallest ice cream cake available. My husband and I were in complete shock for a very small cake probably 3 to 4 inches on the bottom was $26.99 we could not believe it so so expensive fresh tasted good but who the heck can afford $27 for a small ice cream cake that you can get four slices out of MaxKeep driving go to Carvel at the supermarket freezer baskin Robbin’s is way over the top w the prices not worth it

They have good ice cream/drinks, but the wait time can be terrible. I’ve had to pull ahead and wait for over 15 minutes multiple times and I even had to go in to get my drink after waiting and they only then started making it.

Good ice cream, but the young woman at the register and the other workers made it very hard to enjoy my ice cream, they were hootin and hollerin with the dunkin workers about one boy and the next, was very rude and impatient when scooping our small cups, and giggling to herself the entire time we interacted with what im sure is a nice young lady, but a terrible worker with very lacking customer service. the young square head short brunette haired young woman was entirely ruining of our experience and kept looking at the people dining in with very mean looks, as well as her almost bald headed young coworkers. great ice cream though!

Real quick fyi this place is a dunkin donuts and baskin robbins when ordering choose the register you want first then go to the next for a new order I.e order your coffee from the dunkin counter first then your ice cream from baskin Robbins, we went there and lots of people seemed confused by the concept so I thought I would explain really quick any way A+ coffee and great ice cream
