Me & my gf just got back from there she got cotton candy ice cream & i got a vanilla shake both so tasty& creamy, but a little pricey so i gave u 4 stars. But u should SERIOUSLY consider getting soft serve also

It was a chilly night, however seeing the staff in their Halloween costumes and they greeted everyone with a warm smile. We met some friends there and the ice cream was delicious. The conversation on the different flavors was interesting and I can’t wait to try something new on our next visit.

Spent $50 for chicken and hotdogs and all of our chicken was raw. My family was throwing up. Owner said sorry and only would refund for chicken. That's not good customer service. I would have felt so bad and refunded whole bill. Can you imagine eating that? Never will go again!

So we were craving the Bruster's Real Ice Cream on the way back from Miami to Chicago and stopped by at the first Bruster's location in Palm Coast Florida. Loved the friendly staff and how they treated our Spoos with such love and affection. The proof is in the pudding ... look at the Pupp Cups .... came with the treats ... our both boys loved the pupp cups and those treats.
I highly recommend this location, whether you're a local or a tourist like us. You gotta try this location.

My wife ordered cheesecake ice cream on a waffle cone in a cup the girl gave her a vanilla ice cream And she said this isn't cheesecake ice cream and the girl said oh my oh my oh we're out of cheesecake ice cream I said why didn't you tell us that before we paid for the order. She didn't respond I asked my wife to come back out of the car and choose a new flavor and it was supposed to be coconut with raspberries and there was coconut ice cream but no raspberries don't know how this girl could get it wrong two times in a row but my wife was disgusted. And I was too considering we would pay good money for ice cream and my wife was pissed off after getting ice cream. Can't believe a girl could get it wrong twice I have to believe she was smoking pot and just couldn't remember because there's no other excuse for being that incompetent
Food is great, their hot dogs and cheese fries are the best. Their ice cream is delicious. The staff is very nice they are all young students but they are very pleasant. The area is small they have a few tables set up but only enough room for two people. It’s a busy area so a lot of cars coming in and out. But if you’re looking for some great comfort food this is the place to be.

Mushy ice cream with cheap ingredients, just didn't taste right. If you enjoy standing in a parking lot with a bunch of sticky things to step in, this is the place to go as there is no dine in area or outdoor area aside from some tables on the sidewalk. Girls working there seemed annoyed and didn't want to be there. I dont blame them, because it sucks. 7 thumbs down.

Ice cream is amazing but in what world do u only have 3 employees smh. Took 30 minutes for a large milkshake that I can’t even drink for how thick it is. Hire more employees I know your reading this you cheap manager. Put more on da clock ‼️
