Mushy ice cream with cheap ingredients, just didn't taste right. If you enjoy standing in a parking lot with a bunch of sticky things to step in, this is the place to go as there is no dine in area or outdoor area aside from some tables on the sidewalk. Girls working there seemed annoyed and didn't want to be there. I dont blame them, because it sucks. 7 thumbs down.

Ice cream is amazing but in what world do u only have 3 employees smh. Took 30 minutes for a large milkshake that I can’t even drink for how thick it is. Hire more employees I know your reading this you cheap manager. Put more on da clock ‼️

Bruster’s Real Ice Cream is a nice opportunity to cool off from the summer heat in Palm Coast. Their ice cream is quite good and they have a variety of flavors. Even the small cup is a decent size. In the past, service was slow but I must say they hired a couple of people that deliver much improved customer service. I can honestly recommend it again!

The only reason you get three stars, is because the ice cream was awesome. What knocks you down is your teenage rotten attitudes. Maybe it's a generational things, but I was taught that, when dealing with the public, you actually pretend to care for your customers same goes for your phone demeanor.

We went here last night 1st time. Hubby got large millshake. Hated it said mostly milk. My large sunda was real small compared to others. Price for the 2 was 13 bucks. Really high for what you get. Willl not be back.

My daughter is allergic to milk. She hates chocolate. When I asked about different options the rude cashier told me that it was up to the manager and she usually chooses chocolate. I'll take my business elsewhere. They get 3 stars because the ice cream is decent.
