Chipotle Mexican Grill

Hot fresh food, great portions, and extremely friendly staff (especially considering how busy they were). 11/10!

Just walked in there for the first time and it was absolutely disgusting. The kitchen looked dirty. The grill was full of burnt food rice everywhere. It was completely dead. 5 employees just standing there. Working in filth, all the food in the display case just mixed over with each other.Just complete mess you go to the drink and found station and It's just completely dismay, food all over. Not stocked, no juicer, drinks stocked. Completely disgusting didn't make you wanna touch anything in there

Always well staffed ! The volume of customers is high though place is always packed ! Order ahead of time or go there if you not in a rush.

They are always out of items. They are scraping the bins and it's not even a serving size. The place is a mess. Rice is in the heating water and the trash cans are so full they are over flowing. No ice and the ice bin has the lid half off. Its sad to see Chipotle like this. They are all kids. Where are the adults to raise them right?

Always great food, clean restaurant, and wonderful service. I've never had a bad experience at any Chipotle restaurant.

Went in they were out of rice had to wait about 15-20 mins. Ordered large chips to go with my order and never received them but was charged for them. Mackenna is the name of the host on my receipt.

It was good food, but the price for a smoked brisket burrito and fountain drink was $19.00.. I did not know the smoked brisket was more than the other meats., That should be known, there is a huge price difference...but very good! And the white queso is also an extra charge! Just saying..

What a disappointment coming in here. Drove home 10 miles after purchasing my Burrito only to come home , take a bite and discover the rice was not cooked!!! Ruined dinner.
Rice was still hard and not fully steamed through.
I wish I could have taken it back and hot my money back but to drive 10 miles again after work.
Thank you Chipotle for such awful food.

Ok I went to get two smoked brisket there was a kid kind nice and a little blond girl rude disrespectful and the person at the cash register just stay there look and don’t say or do anything. I should listen to the guy before me he said when those two are serving they serve(s…).there was maybe left half tablespoon of brisket dry dark and taste like the guy said. Never she ask or said anything the lady at the cash register saw everything but the only think she said looking at me with a Smurf was 32$. No thank you no …. Well I never go back to this one in Palma coast I hope they close down.

This location is ALWAYS out of stuff. I’ve been here multiple times and every single time they are out of something. Last night it was rice! How am I supposed to have a burrito bowl without rice? The time before that it was meat. When I order online my order is NEVER done when it’s supposed to be. I love Chipotle but I’m done coming here.

This restaurant ALWAYS runs out of cheese. I only eat the burrito with chicken, black beans, lettuce and cheese. This time they ran out of lettuce and cheese again. This is ridiculous.

Called establishment 15 mins prior to visit. I know this location is ALWAYS out of items hence the call. Asked if they were out of anything. Was told "no." Asked them specifically for fajita mix was told it was fully stocked. Walked in and was met with empty fajita pan.....again. This is FARRRR from the first disappointment. I asked if they could pull mix from dml. Was told "no."I explained i previously called begged if they could make & i could wait told "no" yet again. This place used to be decent but with the new mgmnt change its horrible. I contacted corporate. I dont expect a follow up lol. My fam of 4 wont go back. Terrible experience.

Skeptical of the protein portion sizing for mobile orders from this location. Multiple orders have been about 6 pieces of protein, usually in one lump.
