Chipotle Mexican Grill

The food was typical chipotle so it was good, nothing special but good. This review however is for the staff. Every single one of them has a bad attitude, horrible customer service, and clearly no care for what they do. One of the guys who was changing out the beans put new ones on top of the old ones. Worst of all was the older lady at the register. I’ve seen her multiple times over the years and every single time has not been a pleasure.

They don't have any thing at the store out of everything Everytime we visit this location. Terrible service!!! You can drive to Walmart and get sour cream and lettuce it's just they are lazy.

As an owner of a restaurant, this place needs a full staff makeover. Every single person has a bad attitude. Every time I come here they never have anything, always running out of stuff absolute trash.if this was not the only one in palm cost I would never come back !

I placed an order on the website for a steak bowl. I got a burrito so I went back to the store for them to remake it. They were already about to close and did not have that many ingredients left. The manager and an employee were laughing in the back. It was remade but it did not have many things I had in the original order. Highly disappointed and dissatisfied. Also had to add on my online order for the steak bowl, I asked for no beans. When I checked the burrito all that was in there was just black beans. Unprofessional and not friendly.

This lettuce is unacceptable! I orderd a catering order to build own steak burritos. This cost about $65 in total. I just don't understand why restaurants cannot provide good, quality food. Very dissatisfied.

Waste of money. so salty that it was completely inedible. No ice for the drink I purchased. Dirty and don't care. I've been a loyal customer for many many years but this experience will probably be my last

carne asada was a HUGE disappointment . Very chewy, tough. Not how good steak should be . Make better carne asada !

The food behind the counter made you almost not want to eat, it was spread over the other ingredients and you're watching the employee push it out of the way to get what you asked for. That's why managers need to inspect what you expect

Hot fresh food, great portions, and extremely friendly staff (especially considering how busy they were). 11/10!

Just walked in there for the first time and it was absolutely disgusting. The kitchen looked dirty. The grill was full of burnt food rice everywhere. It was completely dead. 5 employees just standing there. Working in filth, all the food in the display case just mixed over with each other.Just complete mess you go to the drink and found station and It's just completely dismay, food all over. Not stocked, no juicer, drinks stocked. Completely disgusting didn't make you wanna touch anything in there

Always well staffed ! The volume of customers is high though place is always packed ! Order ahead of time or go there if you not in a rush.

They are always out of items. They are scraping the bins and it's not even a serving size. The place is a mess. Rice is in the heating water and the trash cans are so full they are over flowing. No ice and the ice bin has the lid half off. Its sad to see Chipotle like this. They are all kids. Where are the adults to raise them right?

Always great food, clean restaurant, and wonderful service. I've never had a bad experience at any Chipotle restaurant.

Went in they were out of rice had to wait about 15-20 mins. Ordered large chips to go with my order and never received them but was charged for them. Mackenna is the name of the host on my receipt.
