This is my favorite place to get breakfast in Palm Coast. The food is always excellent, fresh, and made to order. The owner is always on hand to take my order with a smile and courtesy. I can recommend this place 1000%. Good people and great food—what more could you ask for? Rise and Shine! This Cafe is a great place to grab breakfast. Both my wife and I enjoyed the rise and shine breakfast which includes 2 eggs, toast and choice of sausage or bacon. I had the bacon option, my wife had the sausage. The breakfast was great. They toasted the bread on the griddle for us which was excellent. I know it's breakfast but they got everything right and I love to support and encourage small businesses.Next time we are in the area for lunch we will give them a try.

My first visit to the cafe today and, wow, I was definitely impressed. I got a breakfast burrito and a latte. The food was phenomenal and made fresh in front of you, not tossed in a microwave. The coffee was delicious. Espresso shots pulled perfectly and the milk steamed to just the right temp and not scorched. The staff were super chill and friendly. They absolutely know what they are doing. 10/10 would recommend.

This is a hidden gem inside the hospital! We had a girl's lunch and brought our own balloon arch.
Stopped in to the Copper Lotus right off the highway, it is located inside a medical building. We were warmly greeted, ordered espresso drinks and breakfast sandwiches and had great conversation as she prepared our order. The coffee has depth of flavor, the sandwiches are made to order, hearty and toasted...not to mention she is a veteran's wife, which is my pleasure to support instead of a corporation!
