Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

I always order the fried chicken tenders and tonight they were terribly over cooked and tough. I sent it back, and it was remade better.
Our waitress was kind but very slow. Thankfully the other 2 people in my group enjoyed their dinner.

The food was greatthe only problem I had was the waiter kept coming every few minutes to ask if we were done we needed anything and I was in a meeting with a friendother than that the waiter was very nice and everything else was really good

Love Cracker Barrel..the food reminds me of dinner at Grandma's and the service is always great! The atmosphere is warm and inviting, enjoy all the old tools, pics and advertising displayed, and after a great meal..the shopping!😊

We had the steak and shrimp dinners, steaks where cooked perfectly as ordered. Entire meal was very good.

Even among other cracker barrels, I like this one the best. The staff are always friendly and the food always seems to be of homemade quality, and that is excellent. I always enjoy coming here.

Food was very good, I had the pork chops for lunch.and my wife had the breaded chicken strips. Both were excellent, service was very good great server. Sorry I forgot to take photos today.

The food is almost often pretty good quality. To go orders need improvement. The server walked past us waiting for an order.. didn’t announce the name .. put the order in the shelf . We tried to ask if it was our order .. she ignored. Now we are left to wait 10 mins to get the order (which was already paid for) from the cashier due to the long line for the cashier.

Needs to be some improvement in the process if the to go orders should just simply communicate. Hope this feedback helps them improve.

Oh and By the way … NO UNTENSILS. As someone who is visiting from out of town and grabbing food to go before a funeral . Utensils seem to be a given for to-go orders.the ticket was quality checked by Jay S and I’m confused how this order is up to Cracker Barrel’s quality ?
