We had a bad experience and management and staff do not seem to care about it. Nobody contacted me other than an email sorry we didn’t meet expectations. Well it wasn’t that they failed expectations they didn’t care for our safety do to their negligence that made our experience awful. I have also sent another email to them and no response back to it. They do not care about their customers.

Our server was Satin, and she was terrific. So friendly, helpful and efficient. We had breakfast for dinner and it was delicious. We will be back!

I placed an order over the phone for Catfish. The young lady stated that we have 4 piece special on sale for the price of 2, I said ok. When I get to the restaurant it was talipia which I don't eat. So I had to wait another 15 minutes for them to fry the Catfish. Then I opened one of the 4 orders and realized that I had 1 piece of Catfish and 1 pieces talipia. I was very disappointed and upset. Because I have a 8 hours left on the road home. I was not turning around.

We had Thanksgiving Lunch today. It was extremely busy. We were seated in the middle table (tables were pushed together). For that reason, it was not obvious that we were not with the group on either side of us. We sat for quite someone time (10+ minutes); no one waited on us. To Cracker Barrel's credit; they had a room coordinator there. I went to her and she apologized several times and immediately had a waiter at our table. When we completed our meal; the room coordinator came to our table and said our meal would be on the house because we waited so long to be served. We were surprised and so impressed with Cracker Barrel. We had the Fried Turkey meal and it was excellent; the sides were great, as well. Thanks Cracker Barrel; what an outstanding business.

Had the hand breaded chicken dinner,(not my first time ordering). Chicken was not pink, but DEFINITELY undercooked! The chicken was actually chewy and the breading was raw under the crispy coating. I did mention to the server about this, and I did eat most of my food, but no manager even came to inquire ??? This is exactly why Cacker Barrel Stocks are down and its not the stupid logo's fault !!

My two ride or die girlfriends went for breakfast on Saturday. The place was crowded but our server Tina was warm, and allowed us to gather our thoughts with each other not pushy for us to put our orders in. The food was plentiful and scrumptious. Love being in Cracker Barrel. You can not beat the ambiance. It’s like being in Wonderland. Great experience!!

Our server, Staisha, was wonderful! The food, country classic fried chicken, was hot, fresh and delicious! Staisha invited us back for the following weekend, after Thanksgiving, and we are planning on going for more chicken and great service!
