Orders always come out right. Food is always hot. Can't go wrong with the burger meals or the chicken sandwich.

I hate writing this, but this Culvers is going downhill. It was pretty good for a while other than its crazy prices. The burger was cold with mushy tomato and lettuce as if it were under a heat lamp for 30 minutes despite waiting 15+ minutes for the food. The large onion rings had to be tossed directly in the garbage. Someone dumped so much salt on them that they were inedible. Same issue with the fries. Everything is always over salted. It's a shame. Spending $38 on horrible food that gets tossed in the trash is unacceptable. My last few visits have been similar so it's definitely a downward trend. It seems to be the theme for most Palm Coast restaurants in general. Sad.

Doesn't compare to the Green Bay Culvers. Staff doesn't care in Palm Coast, and it shows. They serve melted ice cream and cold fries
Ordered salad, no Bleu cheese, salad was smothered with it. Had separate order for salad, we had to ask someone for it... Not impressed. My hubby said roast beef was good... Was visiting family in area....

Stopped by there later in the evening as i was leaving palm coast heading home near south Daytona. I was really craving a milk shake and had heard that Culvers was fantastic as far as Ice cream products were concerned. Sadly I must disagree, at least as far as the milkshake went. First of all there were only like 3 or 4 flavors available, (to be fair or went thru the drive thru and I don't know if it's different if you look at menu inside.) So for lack of anything better jumping out at me i ordered a chocolate shake. When I say it was literally the worst chocolate shake I've ever had, I'm not lying! First of all it was really light weight wise. You're probably thinking what is she talking about so I'll explain. You know if you get McD's shake it feels like the cup is almost empty? Compared to a DQ shake or something like that, they're so light! I've heard tell it's bcuz it's a non dairy whip. Whatever the reason, they're not substantial. And imo, McD's beats Culver by a long shot! Secondly, I ordered a chocolate shake, which i expect to actually taste like... chocolate. This shake was bland and had no chocolate flavor at all. I actually held it up to the light to see if it looked chocolate bcuz I was 110% convinced I was given a vanilla shake, or a cardboard shake bcuz there was NO FLAVOR WHATSOEVER! Alas there was a very, very light shade of tan to the shake, but i wouldn't call it chocolate by a long shot. Waste of $6. And I was really looking forward to going to this place so super disappointed!

I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever encountered at this location. After ordering through DoorDash, I noticed a strong odor coming from the cups and reached out to the manager, Bob. Instead of showing any concern for a potential food safety issue, he immediately became defensive, dismissive, and even combative over the phone.
Rather than taking a moment to simply check a cup himself to ensure there wasn’t contamination, Bob insisted there was no issue, shifted all blame to DoorDash, and flat-out refused to be helpful. This is not how a manager should handle customer concerns — especially when it comes to something as serious as food safety.
Bob’s behavior made it clear that customer care and accountability are not priorities at this location. If management can’t take basic quality and safety concerns seriously, I would strongly recommend avoiding this restaurant.

Update #2: Tried again and once again am let down. Would love for them to get my order correct just once. I am absolutely done with this place. Such a joke. Good luck when chick-fil-a comes because they are going to run you out of the neighborhood. Oh and fix your phones. It would help to be able to actually call in to your store.
Fun fact: When they make a mistake with your order, the only solution is that you waste your time and gas to go back to their store and have them fix their mistake. The other option is that you can wait for them to mail you a coupon in the mail after they get all of your information. In other words, they win and you lose. I don't want you to have all of my information just because you can't do your job correctly. Customer service is a joke today.

A new fan fav. I enjoy the food. No matter what I order. Butter Burger Double is simply amazing. I’d prefer this over all other burger spots. Hot & ready.
