Ordered a Concrete Mixer with hot fudge and Snicker. Basically got a cup of frozen vanilla custard. I used to live in Wisconsin and it's MUCH better up there where Culver's was founded. Update Dec, 2024: stopped in for a burger and chicken sandwich. $22, but the burger and fries were pretty dang good. Fries were not the least but greasy. Not sure how they pulled that off. But again, not bad taste, but it's nuts two fast food sandwiches are now $22.

Wow! The first time I visited was a few days ago. The food quality is way better than even sit down restaurants. How have they not destroyed McDonalds? Literally the only fast food that is made with fresh ingredients, and it shows, as I never got sick (and I always get sick from fast food). Please bring one of these to Charlottesville VA, like right now.

Bro I order my burger and asked for no salt on my fries. She misheard me and asked if I wanted my bun. I told her yes and when I got my burger THERE WAS NO BUN. Bro how do yall mess up this badly bruh. I did get my fries unsalted though ig.

12/1/24. The cashier did not take my order correctly. I asked her to slow down and listen and repeated the order. The order was served incorrectly incomplete and with incorrect condiments. When I went to the manager to return the order, he was also so preoccupied and failed to listen. By the time I returned to the table the burgers were cold.

Got off work from working all day stopped and got a burger when I got home everything was fine besides my burger missing the top bun so I had to just throw on a piece of sandwich bread when I called to see if they would be able to replace it for another time the assistant manager seemed like she wanted to help and put my name down for a remake but the manager said no all I could do was either go back in immediately to get it or have a custard coupon sent to my email I’m not much of a dessert person and I just got home from working all day definable didn’t want to go out again. Just wish they would’ve been able to compensate for just the burger I didn’t need the entire meal replaced because only the burger was wrong.
