Food is always great! I personally enjoy the pot roast, mushrooms Swiss burger and tenders. For having wavy fries they're amazing, I'm not usually a fan of wavy fries. The people are always sweet when I go inside.The first time I used the drive-thru it was before closing and I pulled up to the second ordering machine and waited 4 minutes till a guy came out with a cone, a car on the side of me was getting their order taken so I knew they were open still. He puts the cone behind my car and I waited another 4 minutes till a lady came out to tell me to pull around and order on the other spot but by that time they had 4 cars and she pointed to the cone I told her I was here before the cone got brought out. She shrugged and apologized but didn't care to fix this. It was slightly annoying because I was hungry and ended up stuck in line behind 4 other cars, waited about 15mins till I could order then waited another 10mins for my food... I only ordered tender and fries.I'm not one to complain and it's fast food so it's never 10/10 service but even other fast food places are more caring than that most of the time and a lot quicker.

This is to anyone thinking of visiting I would rethink.to anyone at this company who cares I need to give you some advice.you need to train your staff more effectively learn what there doing not just a register but customer service it will mean allot to everyone.went in for dessert last night ordered 2 one scoop flovr of the day sat and waited what seemed forever.after the wait ice cream brought to the table only one not 2. I asked where's the other he said he would check that was last I saw him. tried the counter the girl said she would check after finishing up with a customer only problem is customer was waiting on husband to come from the bank could not help till then.thought maybe they should call a manager but guess not one there or too busy.i waited a little longer nothing customer was still waiting so no way to figure it out no manager and no ice cream thanks Culver's for runing my night out tried calling customer service the lady I spoke with rude very rude disrespectful no help made me feel it was my fault.never asked for any of my information she has no customer service skills.culvers train retrain don't stop keep mangers available for problems this is second time never going into a Culver's again I learned my lesson the hard way a very u respecting company don't learn till it's too late
