I ordered a to go order by phone of 3 sandwiches and spoke with an employee named Matt. He sounded like he knew how to take an order, but when I was naming the sandwiches I had to repeat myself multiple times and he wasn't friendly when repeating it back to me, as though I was the one not ordering them correctly. I have ordered from your deli for many MANY years and have never been treated so rudely in all my visits/orders. On top of the rudeness that I experienced there, one of the sandwiches that was ordered that I repeated 3-4 times was still wrong. The person at work that ordered that said she didn't care and for me not to care as well. I and the people I work with will never order from this deli again. I could go on and on as to what occurred by the end of this pick up order, but I will save my breath and my typing. P S when I was discussing this at work about the rude behavior from an employee, they then said that this restaurant/deli isn't the same as it used to be, with staff or management. Thanks, but NO THANKS.

Food quality has really gone down. Ordered a salad and a lot of the lettuce was brown - disgusting. Used to go there regularly. Will not return. There are a lot better restaurants in Palm Coast.

Not sure what is the problem with this place- when you get chicken tortilla soup YOU EXPECT TORTILLAS FOR IT! One person there has an issue giving you this for your soup. Don’t want to give that for your soup then start calling it chicken soup! And we paid extra just to get the tortillas…

I've caught myself viewing the menu of this deli many times. Today, my husband and I decided to give it a try. The young guy who took our order was extremely rude, acted like we were wasting his time, and that he had better things to do. We ordered 2 mambo italianos and decided to take our subs to go. Upon opening our subs, we were both shocked by the lack of meat. Their menu and advertising always boast about big meaty subs, but thats not the reality. What we did have was actually delicious, but we expected more. Unfortunately, we probably won't be back.

Don't get me wrong, the food is always good here but the prices are very high and they have been ridiculously cheap. The meat in the sandwiches is minimal, if you order soup your only allowed two packs of crackers and plastic cups only so nobody walks out with a drink to go!!!

I was advised by friends that have shopped here for many years that this "deli" was the best in town. I think I should move away. The simple sandwich I ordered (ham, yellow American, lettuce, light mayo, black pepper) was served to me as a Lettuce sandwich with a touch of ham and a slice of cheese. When I returned to the so-called "deli" I was told by them that this was perfectly acceptable. DO NOT shop here if you're accustomed to an actual sandwich made with standards. This so-called "deli" is nothing more than a glorified Blimpie sandwich shop. Do NOT waste your money!

I saw an ad for Dominic's Deli and the pictures of the sandwiches were nothing like what they serve you. They are not full and piled high like the pictures on the wall and the menu. All I could taste was the bread as the meat had very little taste. Not as advertised and will not return

Here is what a $12 Panini looks like. What an absolute joke!

This was our first visit to Dominics Deli, Based on some of the reviews we decided to try them for lunch. We ordered the ruben sandwich with corned beef and pastrami, Well, it was made with roast beef instead. Very little Swiss Cheese and even less dressing. Nothing beats home made, the ruben sandwiches are far better from Publix deli....Waiting on my takeout order, I observed a kitchen staff member (named Vinny) working behind the line rub his nose and run his fingers through his long hair. He then picked up a broom and dust pan to sweep...returning to work without washing his hands or even changing his gloves. He definately needs a refresher course in bacic food handling and hygiene. I hope the management staff will work to correct this very inportant issue.
