Tonight must have been one hell of a night for this crew. They definitely didn't have enough people on for the amount of orders they were getting, and because they were waiting on their truck delivery they were out of quite a few things. We walked in to place an order (turned out not to be the best choice because of how busy they were, but that's our fault not theirs) and there was a computer issue that caused my order to not process after I had paid and it never got sent back. The guy working up front realized this after a bit and reprocessed the order, making sure he got a rush on our pizzas. Explained everything well, was kind about it, and delivered on his promise to make sure we got our food quickly. I give this crew HUGE props for maintaining their composure through what was clearly an awful night, everyone was moving and doing their best to get orders out. Awesome job guys

I recently ordered a pizza from Domino’s and was shocked by the high delivery charge. My order totaled $14, but the delivery fee was $5.99—that’s over 40% of the cost of the pizza! On top of that, I gave the driver a generous $10 tip, only to find out that the delivery charge doesn’t go to them at all. I understand that businesses have operational costs, but this fee feels excessive and disproportionate, especially for a small order. If I’m already tipping the driver fairly, why is the company charging such a high extra fee? It would be great if Domino’s could either lower the delivery charge or clarify exactly where this money goes. Because of this unfair pricing, I’ve decided to stop being a Domino’s customer. There are plenty of other pizza places that offer better value without these unreasonable fees.

I asked if they could simply chop up or crumble the sausage on the pizza because I have a 4-year-old and a sausage they use is a choking hazard the guy on the phone refused to accommodate and suggested I pull the hot toppings off the hot pizza and do it myself frankly he was pretty rude won't be ordering from this one again I never have other issues at other locations they happily do it for me I also have cataracts so I can't really do all that myself I tried explaining to him

This is the best Domino's I have ever been in. The manager is amazing ? The service is excellent, super food, very clean!! and awesome deals. Thank you thank you for a great affordable place to enjoy.
Ordered a cheese pizza while 5 minutes away, at 1:48pm today and was told will be ready in 10 minutes. Picked up at 2:03pm within 15 minutes. Opened box up and pizza was dark and had hardly no cheese on it and t wasn't hot.. the previous times the manager had made the pizza and they were cheezy and hot. I don't know what happened with the quality and bake time but management needs to followup with the quality of product satisfaction by observing how the staff makes the pizza..Very disappointed with this pizza today (09/29/24 @ 2:03pm)

This is our favorite Dominos team. We are now hooked on their new New York style pizza. It's more of a pizza from up north where you can fold it and tastes similar. The team is always quick to make our order and have it freshly taken out by the time we walk in to pick it up. Very friendly and always giving the extra effort. Their new carry out price can't be beat.
