Both DDs on the north side of Palm Coast are tight with service whether the window, or drive through. Only a brief wait once in a while if busy and are making something fresh, which to me is worth the wait. Been getting Boston Cremes and glazed chocolate. 👍 Also, turkey cheese egg wraps are great.

Nobody wants a cold croissant, shouldn't have to ask. Common sense. Come back at me with some crazy medical reason the only pastry that can't be considered a mini cake is served ice cold. People wonder why our world is collapsing around us it is for the dumb little thing like this. Start using your brains people.

OMG THIS DUNKIN MAKES ME FEEL ALIVE AGAIN. The employees here have such unique personalities and such great work rhythm. I left my phone behind one day, happens alot, and they so kindly helped me locate it from my mother in laws phone. Held it for me for hours! They are my favorite duo forever now

I've gotten Dunkin coffee for over 35 years now from Massachusetts to California and back and forth never ever have I had a problem with the coffee..... But here seems as if I always have a problem they can't brew coffee here seems as if it's brewed with Half the Coffee to make double the amount and the coffee always Taste Like ChiTT I keep on trying for 8 years now and once in a while I'll get a good cup of coffee but More so then not $4 to the Trash !!!!!! I Quit Trying They absolutely Suck and the fact all the employees are always on their Damb Phones don't Help the situation at hand .. Sorry Not Sorry... Torrible

This store needs to be remodeled. The service area is dated and unattended. The manager needs to be more on top of the maintenance of this place. The kitchen is chaos. You can witness the food process while you wait for your food inside. Not good. It doesn't look clean , the crew neither. Sad for Dunkin Donuts. You need to "run on efficiency." It seems the mishandling it is in this particular store. The other one in Palm Coast parkway is better taken care of.
