I’ve been going to this Dunkin’ for years now and the quality as well as service has substantially dropped.
I paid $5.19 for a 1/3 filled, watered down, small cup.
It will take a change from them to make me want to purchase from them again.

Every time I order I get burnt coffee. They make the hot coca mocha wrong every time and I used to go twice a week.

I was on vacation with my family in Flagler Beach. We decided to get donuts and coffee at Dunkin' and went to this one. I have to say, the service was terrible! Absolutely awful! What happened to manners? To friendliness? Besides only having one flavor of donuts, they didn't offer to make more, even though we were a large family. Everything was wrong with this place. It's clear the employees aren't interested in sales. I feel sorry for the owner…

I have called three times and did not get an answer but I would like to formally complain, I don’t usually complain however, I have called six times and I have came to the store personally two times in the past hour, I expected to get a regular strawberry cream cheese bagel but got an everything bagel with strawberry cream cheese, and then I got a new one but they have got that wrong once again, it was plain but they have put plain cream cheese instead of strawberry cream cheese.I am beyond upset

Latte made without sugar. Drive through a second time and they still didnt get it right. $6.00 for a latte that is $5.00 at a Dunkin down the road. The next day I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese wrap and it had no egg on it. Went back through the drive thru and had to pull up and wait for a new sandwich. Between that and them sending out cold $6.00 lattes I can honestly say this is the worst Dunkin I have been to and I visit a Dunkin every day. They don't even care about their poor service.

The last two times I was there. my order was all wrong, with a burnt taste. The person's hands that handed my drink were dirty. then argued about how it was right, still remade it and still tasted bad. not happy at all

Every time I have come here they say they need me to pull up. Apparently its policy even though their is no one behind me. The tome it takes to argue with me you can be making what I ordered and improve the time on your window. The customer service here sucks!!!!!!!!.......

As a long time Starbucks customer I decided to give the Dunkin on SR-100 a try. I went there three times in one week to see if I had the same experience each time.
Monday, 2/17/25 8:11 a.m.: Breakfast sandwich was good, hashbrowns were clearly burnt, coffee was good. 14 minutes to get through the drive thru.
Tuesday: Starbucks. Everything was awesome. Smiles at the window.
Wednesday, 2/19/25 8:15 a.m.: Breakfast sandwich was okay, not hot though, hashbrowns, once again, clearly burnt and this time very greasy, coffee good. 23 minutes to get through the drive thru.
Thursday & Friday: Starbucks. That Caramel Macchiato is off the chain!
Saturday, 2/22/25 8:17 a.m.: Croissant burnt, hashbrowns burnt, coffee with grounds at the bottom. Drive thru was much faster due to the weekend.
My advice as a RCSR: Everyone there should have a post or a role. One customer at a time. Pay attention to detail. Make it right with a good attitude or stay home. You chose to work there so make the best of it or go somewhere else. Dunkin' find more qualified leaders, not just babysitters. I'm available if you need someone to train these people on the value of customer service.

Something wrong with the frozen coffee machine. 2 large frozen, tastes like cream only. $13+. Unacceptable. Call to speakw/someone and NO answer at 730 pm. 🤷‍♀️
