As a long time Starbucks customer I decided to give the Dunkin on SR-100 a try. I went there three times in one week to see if I had the same experience each time.
Monday, 2/17/25 8:11 a.m.: Breakfast sandwich was good, hashbrowns were clearly burnt, coffee was good. 14 minutes to get through the drive thru.
Tuesday: Starbucks. Everything was awesome. Smiles at the window.
Wednesday, 2/19/25 8:15 a.m.: Breakfast sandwich was okay, not hot though, hashbrowns, once again, clearly burnt and this time very greasy, coffee good. 23 minutes to get through the drive thru.
Thursday & Friday: Starbucks. That Caramel Macchiato is off the chain!
Saturday, 2/22/25 8:17 a.m.: Croissant burnt, hashbrowns burnt, coffee with grounds at the bottom. Drive thru was much faster due to the weekend.
My advice as a RCSR: Everyone there should have a post or a role. One customer at a time. Pay attention to detail. Make it right with a good attitude or stay home. You chose to work there so make the best of it or go somewhere else. Dunkin' find more qualified leaders, not just babysitters. I'm available if you need someone to train these people on the value of customer service.

Something wrong with the frozen coffee machine. 2 large frozen, tastes like cream only. $13+. Unacceptable. Call to speakw/someone and NO answer at 730 pm. 🤷‍♀️

All the tables were taken with people Computers and they didn't even have a drink from Dunkin Donuts 😒 The Donuts were yummy, fresh, soft, lots of filling yum😋

we waited 25 min for a dozen donuts girl how hard is it to put donuts in a box like 5 people with drinks and stuff were served before us and the girls behind the counter picked up the receipts to read them and put them down every 10 seconds like girl at this point let me put on a pair of gloves and get it myself also had the nerve to put a donut in upside down YALL GOOOFYY

I just went through the drive through and the lady at the window was very rude. I ordered a large hot caramel latte with 2 shots of raspberry and 3 sugars and a food item...when she didn't ring it up correctly I let her know it was missing an ingredient on the screen, to which she cut me off and said just pull around. I did, and then at the window she threw the bag of food at me after running my card, told me to pull up for the latte and then slammed the door in the window. Low and behold the latte wasn't made correctly. I understand mistakes but there is no cause for rudeness. Do better.

Apparently, it was just horrible people wanted to come inside and order. I and a few others were just ignored while standing there waiting for service. The lady that came to the register was full of eye rolls and huffs and puffs and was quite curt. I get people can be assholes leading to a rough morning, but don't take it out on the people just wanting to order coffee

Chloe lenerin (how ever you spell it!) admitted to spitting in peoples drinks and I’ve refused to go there since. Manager won’t do anything about it. Unless yall want her disgusting germs in your coffee that you would DEFINITELY get sick from I would not recommend going here, it is not worth the hassle, talk about a disgusting person 😍. Save that hospital bill from her germs and go across the street to Starbucks!

Nice staff they have drive thru but.....it's always wayyyy more packed then the walk in option. I don't mind walking in or ordering online to grab my order. Thank you guys for allllllll the hard work.
