This is my go to place since I can't stand going to the McDonalds on 100 and old kings that can't get my daily order of hot coffee straight even though I order it the same exact eat way every single morning. The coffee is good well worth the long line don't worry it moves quickly. The donuts and other treats are always fresh and tasty. They say thank you here unlike the other Dunks on the other side of town which has never said thank you ever since the day they opened. It always seems clean inside. The coffee is always fresh and not burnt tasting. I think you will like it.

I ordered the bacon egg and cheese bagel on an everything bagel and and medium iced coffe with caramel cream and liquid sugar and my coffee was made fast and it was great. My bagel was delicious and the younger girl who served me was very nice. Helped me with the new kiosks(serve yourself) she was very polite and had great customer service. 10/10 recommend, and I’m most definitely coming back

$3.69 for a toasted bagel and a schmeer of cream cheese? $1 for a cup of tap water? All of those together cost about $0.20 wholesale. Does management have any limits on their greed? Bad policies do have consequences...

I ordered with this location 3 times 30 minutes ahead of time for 2 sandwiches. All 3 times, my mobile order wasn't completed. This place is useless. I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt, but 3 strikes, and you're out. I didn't want to write a review the 1st 2 times. Now I'm going to. This place is garbage.

They recently got the touch screen do it yourself ordering in the lobby. So if you’re paying with card or app, you have to put in your order yourself and pay on the do it yourself but if you’re paying with cash, then the lady will take your order and do it for you. It took me 15 minutes to put in my own order cause I don’t know what typically goes in a drink, but the people that paid with cash got their stuff almost immediately. The employee said she was told she was not allowed to take any orders, unless it was paid with cash terrible.

The food was poorly made, they were young, rude, inexperienced with dealing with the public, not friendly at all and got racist ! Super bad experience and bad service. White people were served happily, my friend and I were pointed ? away and told to order at a Kiosk because the didn't want to serve me and my friend, but then proceeded to service the White people behind us and in front of us !

I ordered a bacon, egg and cheese wrap, and there was only an egg in the wrap. If they can’t get a simple order like that when they are dead slow, I don’t want to eat there again. This isn’t the first time I got the order wrong I will never go back.

Good for your coffee and on the go needs, most of the time items purchased are great and you get service occasionally would you get items forgotten but overall good experience.

I normally get a small hot coffee everyday. But they just cannot get it right. How to take the small cup of coffee back four times for them to get three creams and three splendas and a small cup of coffee. Please this is not rocket science and to charge a senior 266 for a cup of coffee is outrageous and veteran at that. Can't wait to get my new coffee maker Dukin donuts you are gone.

Nice, convenient location. Pretty good sized patio.However every time I'm I've been there almost all the staff are high on drugs, or coming down off being high on drugs. Had a few very strange encounters here.
In the drive-thru, when I asked for the third type of donut, the person taking my order in person said, "how many donuts are you ordering" in a rude way. I understand that you need to determine size of box but instead maybe she could have said nicely, "if you are ordering 6 donuts, it's less expensive to order a half dozen." Instead, I felt rushed and forgot to order a drink and donut holes.

We go to Dunkin often but for some reason there's always a problem at this location.Preordered on the app for drive through pick up. Get our order and get someone else's food. Pull into a parking spot because the drive thru line is backed up and go inside. Give them back the order I was given and they give me the right order with a free donut! Great how nice to get something extra... get back in the car and head down the road, get on the highway and realize they gave me the wrong coffee too... already on the highway so I guess I'm just drinking the wrong coffee today. Also, be sure to stir your cold drinks if you add sweetener because it's all at the bottom of the glass so your first sip is all undissolved sweetener. This never seems to happen at all the other locations I visit.

Consistently the worst Dunkin Donuts I've been to. Coffee has never tasted good, the tea is always watered down or tastes old. The food is cold. One time, I ordered an espresso shot and received an employee's COLD black coffee, unfortunately I drank it before I realized it wasn't mine. I would give one star except the donuts are OKAY most of the time.

This morning my wife had an iced coffee that did not taste right and when I called I spoke to the manager who was very nice and apologetic when I addressed my issue. She told me if I was in the area just let the person taking my order know who I spoke with. We stopped by in our travels this afternoon and I was perfectly fine with just getting a new iced coffee for my wife but the manager went above and beyond by giving us our order for free! I wish there were more managers like her, that was awesome and we thank you very much!!
