The person (short short hair girl)working today wasn’t friendly at all told my husband and me all orders are down there and pointed to the other end.we were looking at the icecream and had a question.so we decided to leave with out ordering. If you hire the person you will need to see if they have customer service skills because that is something you can’t teach people.

I ordered a cold brew cold foam. When I got it. It was nothing but cream and sugar. There was water coming out the cold brew and instead of changing it they decided to give people water instead of coffee. They made it 3 times the same way.

We ordered three ice coffees, waited 15 minutes. One party was waiting for one coffee. Coffee did not have a taste.
Coffee was so delicious. Donuts were fresh soft.. I don't understand why some Dunkin donuts will have cold hard donuts and other dunkin' donuts has fresh soft room temperature donuts the young lady that took our order was friendly the intercom system worked relatively well nice experience I'd recommend popping in off the highway

My breakfast sandwich was made quickly and well. I was disappointed to learn that they don't carry a cold sugar free drink. My intention was to eat in the outdoor dining area, but it turned out to be the smoking section. Gross. Restaurants should not have smoking sections, period.
