Terrible experience this morning in the drive-through. The representative would not let me customize our donuts. She said we could have a partial customization because we went through drive-through. I told her that was ridiculous because I did it the night prior and she said well that’s because it’s not morning time and then proceeded to ask me for a tip when I was paying upfront.

Stale donuts, and burnt coffee. Been to this Dunkin a lot. I always think it will be better next time. Avoid it. It went downhill after it burned down the first time.

Time to make the donuts. 2 out of 3 times I went there, they are out of the kind of donut I want (and many others were gone too). Even at 11am. Walked out both times. How do you not have donuts in stock when you are a donut shop?
Also the kiosk doesn't have the variety I want, so it's useless and the staff isn't very interested in taking a manual order.

This location is very busy. But they are fast at getting everyone in and out. Never had a problem. Always fresh coffee and goodies. They even have a retired group of vets that hang out every morning by the outside eating area. They meet every morning and have their coffee and cut up. I guess you can say we all just expect them to be there lol. Just a great location

Why is there no ice cream after 9pm? Laziness? Lack of customer centric care? Hmmmm This is why I bought a Nespresso and get Tillamook ice cream delivered by Kroger.

All food items are ridiculously overpriced. Portion sizes are poor. I reduced my going here by 90%. I refuse to pay their robbery prices
and check in for food is easy and wait time is less than 15 minutes . I think sandwiches are prepackaged like the automated horn and hardarts. The food doesn't taste bad but it's better than Panera bread . The best thing at dunkins is their donuts ,& coffee which is better than Starbucks coffee
Vegetarian options: Yes since when have they started asking for a tip. That's just plain wrong if you earn an hourly salary and work for 8 hrs you are getting compensated for your time. Your employer should compensate their staff . I hate that these take outs are having the nerve to ask for a tip. I'm in the healthcare business and I save lives every day, I don't ask for a tip for saving your life. And neither should you for taking my order for cup of coffee and a donut .
Just want to give a huge shout out to the manager and the crew of this Dunkin came in this morning after the hurricane so many customers some very impatient or rude but the crew here were all doing a fantastic job so thank you for being open I appreciate you!!!

You guys should really make more donuts...completely out of donuts and munchkins and still 3 1/2 hours until close. Pretty often I come here and they're out of donuts. The demand for them is there, why not make more?? Also what is going on with the Refreshers?? When I first started getting them they were so strong and flavorful and now they are always super watered down and you can barely taste any of the syrup flavoring!! Ugh

My husband was the one who came in to buy. He didn't realize that they had given him the wrong cappuccino he ordered from me. It was medium sized and as soon as I picked it up I knew something was missing. It was coffee with foam, it had no milk. What a disappointment, we couldn't complain because we were in a hurry. But I don't know if it was the worker's error or the machine that didn't have milk ☹️

Stopped by mid morning for a coffee cake muffin and a coffee. I was told over the drive through speaker only one muffin remained. I asked if it was made that morning and was told that it was. I made the purchase and when I opened the bag and retrieved my muffin, I quickly realized that there was absolutely NO WAY that muffin was fresh. The hard crust was a dead giveaway. I'm confident that the "baked this morning" line is the standard response..
