This was overall a restaurant that didn’t quite understand the art of a (great) sushi roll. Sushi in general ought to be smaller in nature…less rice more bite size. The food itself was good and fresh, they were just too large to consume in one bite. To put it in visual perspective, the roll itself was larger than the soy dipping tray. Fancy Sushi is our favorite local sushi place in PC. My favorite Roll is rice-less, with cucumber wrap. Their Icheban Roll is awesome! A few times I went it was really good, then when I went back again the portion seemed smaller and the prices seem to have gone up a little bit. Bit I wasn't happy about that. But it is a local sushi joint, so I take advantage of it from time to time. I'm not a huge fan but it will do
