Food is good. Have been going to firehouse for 30 years, since the original. Quality dropped a bit post sale but still a good sub.

This store is never that clean and the people aren’t too friendly. Nothing terrible just not super impressed for a $20 sandwich

My salad was fantastic and the workers were very friendly

Worst service I had ever received at a food place. I try my best to be nice and pleasant to everyone, but the 2 young black girls working during my visit were arguing over who gets to NOT take my order. Kind of ridiculous. I don’t seem like I bite.

The one who served me, didn’t run my order as a meal, so I had to pay extra for my chips and drink. Communication was horrible, indecipherable, and rude.

Please stop hiring people who do not want to be there. I hate leaving negative reviews because I truly love this town and will always support local businesses, but this was worth a bad review.

Decent subs but expensive and the place is always dirty. Soda machine is disgusting. I've been in a couple times now and the soda machine is even dirtier. The workers have no sense of cleanliness and come across as rude. I ordered 2 small subs and a drink - no chips or sides and it was $19+ I guess I should have gotten one medium. I like the bread and the sandwiches tasted good but just too expensive for tiny little subs.

Firehouse subs has changed a bit since my last visit, they didn't get my order right and disappointed with the meat portions, they were plentiful a while back and now just okay. 😟

The food (meatball sandwich) was good but the bread was burnt on the bottom. With the $30 for 2 meals is excessive for fast food.

The store is tired and desperate need of a deep clean based on diet in tiles, door closer on rear door was coming off, paper towel dispenser in men’s room was inoperable, and having the storage over coolers really takes away from the appearance of the store.
