I had an amazing experience at the Firehouse. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely eager to help. The restaurant was spotless, well-organized, and had that warm, inviting atmosphere Firehouse Subs is known for.

My sub was made fresh, packed with flavor, and loaded with the perfect amount of toppings. You can really tell they take pride in the quality of their food. The team worked quickly without sacrificing care, and every bite tasted exactly how a great sandwich should.

What stood out the most was the exceptional customer service. The employees went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, and they did it with a smile. It’s rare to find that level of consistency and kindness.

There’s an older woman that works there who is just distasteful to the staff and customers. She is constantly loud, obnoxious and rude. I had placed a mobile order and went in for my food and she yelled at me because i showed up too early, my pick up time was for 5:05 and i showed up at 4:45-4:50. I feel so bad for the young girl who was working with her. I could see her frustration as the older woman bossed her around and made her uncomfortable. The older woman was coughing on everything without covering her mouth!!!! absolutely disgusting!!!! The young girl handed me my food and apologized for the lack of intelligence this older woman has. if i were the manager here i would immediately fire this lady!!!! She definitely just lost you a customer!!!!!!

went in to get the usual club on a sub, minus onion, add banana peppers. i saw the signage for the new bbq stack house sub and decided to give it a try... now i don't know which is my favorite!!! it was delicious and as always the freshest bread and high quality boars head meats!!

Love the app. Ordered turkey bacon ranch on white, extra toasted, and cold meat and cheese. The lettuce and tomato were fresh. Love this sandwich. Firehouse is my go-to sub shop.

Horribly run by children. Nobody greets you or even acknowledges your presence, consistently. If this was my restaurant I'd fire everyone and start over (and I have owned a restaurant). I love the chain but will start driving to another location. Awful!

They never answer the phone

I left a 50 dollar tip for the young lady helping me and saw the maybe manager or owner take it for themselves as far as I know it's not legal for owners or managers to take tips meant for staff that gets paid way less than management this location is going down hill the new manager is rude to her employees and doesn't know how to speak to them. I will be contacting someone about.the theft of tip thoigh
