Purchased a Smoked Brisket Sub on 12/16/24, as I’ve done many times! It was all bread and very little meat! What happened! I hate that I put a good tip in the jar! They’ve lost a good customer unless they make it right! 😡. Attn: Anna, Guest Services who gave me that sorry apology about making it better next time! THERE WON’T BE A NEXT TIME UNTIL YOU REPLACE THE SUB OR MONEY I GAVE YOU AT THE BELLE TERRE RESTAURANT! I AM A SENIOR, WITH LIMITED INCOME AND “SORRY “ DON’T CUT IT! Came here on lunch break which is only 30 min long, ordered a tuna sub To Go. Well my name was called and order was ready for me to grab. I don’t know if it was a prank or just kids being kids but when I get back to my job site that’s 4 miles away, I go to eat my tuna sub and to my surprise there isn’t a lick of tuna on it. I mean the mayo, lettuce and tomato was on it but only a drop of tuna if that was on it. I take the sub back and as soon as I walk in the girl working is like “yea we got you, we noticed it as soon as you left, we tried to catch you but you was already gone” then she says that they have a tuna sub ready for me. “Ok” I said, but then ended up waiting another 10 min for them to make it. By then my lunch break was over and had to get back to work. Just got a refund and lesson learned!! Wish I would’ve taken a picture of it. But was so upset and hungry forgot.

This location used to be good, not anymore. Every time I try to call to place a pick up order an hour or hour and half before close, no one picks up the phone or I have to make multiple calls before someone actually picks up. They turn off the open sign an hour before close, start to clean/sweep as you’re waiting for your food and conversations among the employees about where they’re going to go party after work can be heard. I had missing items in my order before and today chili was saran wrapped, I didn’t end up eating it because it just felt gross. I held back for awhile now to post a review, as I usually don’t post reviews, but today was it for me. Attitude of employees is a whole other thing I won’t get into. Needless to say, go to another location if you can.

I recently visited this firehouse subs and it was such an amazing experience! They gave my son a fire hat and interacted with him. The food was fast, fresh and tasted amazing. We will definitely be back to this restaurant and I highly recommend it!

There was literally one sandwich to be made in front of me. No to gos were made. Once I placed my order…took 30 minutes. Asked if I wanted pickles for both said yes, no pickles. Not sure why it takes 39 minutes to make 3 sandwiches (one in front of me and then my two). I spend over $25 for two, didn’t get the pickles.

As a delivery driver I go out of my way to hit up a firehouse near route, sad to say this place is beyond disappointing, cold food and let's charge almost 20$ for a sub then tell you that you have to buy a drink also on top. I wouldn't round up for a firehouse EVER again.

I placed a catering order in advance and this location canceled it after confirming the order 45 minutes prior to my business meeting with 22 people. I took time out of my day to go into the location personally to speak with Kerias, the catering manager in efforts to understand why my order was canceled only to be met with the excuse that they decided my order of $180+ dollars was too small to accommodate compared to the larger orders they had that day and that the district manager, Jon decided to cancel it. I attempted to call Jon several times with no answer. I cater Firehouse weekly throughout my territory and spend an average of $1000k per month in orders. I’ll be sure not to cater firehouse as a whole in the future. Very disappointed in the customer service.

This place is terrible I had bogo hook and ladder sub and the bread was soggy before I got home and thenit also seemed like the free one was alot less meat than the other they gave me one pickle every sandwich is supposed to come with a pickle are they really cutting corners that bad I contacted firehouse corporate and they said they would refer it to local management which means they just blew me off DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY TERRIBLE ! I should have read the reviews first

I feel like people only want to share the negatives here. I very much enjoy this location nothing fancy it's just a firehouse guys. The food has, for me at least, always been exactly what I asked for and having a gluten allergy they make it so I can actually have a good tasting sandwhich. They don't cry when I ask if things have gluten in them and everyone has always been kind even helpful when I just can't make up my mind. Not everyone wears a smile all day every day every where and the same rule applies here. You guys are doing great!

Dietary restrictions: Gluten free sub rolls! And knowledge of wear gluten is. (For all of us that struggle this is a big one)

I order online and went it to wait on my subs (I was at the wrong location ) but anyways there was 3 workers working. One of them said some meatballs weren’t done (raw ) I heard another say F- it just throw them on they won’t know . I was glad I wasn’t at the right location .

Paid almost $6 for a half filled, cold, disgusting Mac and cheese.Any other time I come in, it’s roughly $2 for the same cup of Mac and cheese that I had today. Right off the bat wrongfully overcharged, but hey I won’t complain cause I’m on break. Just to sit down, open it and see it half filled; again, I’m only allocated so much time for break that I can’t go back. But for it to be cold is the frickin icing on the cake. Literally trashed it at that point and will never step foot inside again. $6 for NOTHING.Sucks because I work in this strip mall and would go in often. Not anymore after today.Steer clear. Place is usually dirty on the floor as well, like they don’t know what a broom is.
