I called in and had an issue with a current discount. I had to speak to manager, but it was straightened out. I always love their pizza and normally their wings, but the temporary Jamaican Jerk wing flavor was not something I was a fan of. Otherwise, awesome service and food!
Driver tried to race when getting onto the merge lane and wouldn’t let me in when I was already in and then proceeded to follow me on the highway and videotape my vehicle.
With my 6 year old in the vehicle.seems like the manager will brush it off so I’m leaving a review
In response to owner - I did call and spoke with the “manager”. He didn’t seem to take it serious. Stated that the employee that was coming from that direction isn’t the type of person to video someone’s car”. I watched him in the rear view mirror as he sped up on my car getting onto the highway, and followed me aggressively switching lanes to follow me, and recorded it in his phone the whole time.
Instead of reacting to an upsetting (?) situation that he was in - because he was racing to get onto the highway and wasn’t allowing the merge in the MERGE lane - when I was more than halfway in the lane.
Not a good look on the actions (especially in a company vehicle) and the response of the “manager” in these comments.
We haven’t tried yalls pizza because we’ve heard it’s horrible. And we definitely never will now.

This matter happened on 7/3. Never received my food. How embarrassing for YOU .Mike I don't need a lecture from u. You are a horrible manager. I can just go to my bank. I tried to resolve this matter today. 7/13 Ohhh no! I called It a " clown car" I'm so rude! DID I HURT UR FEELINGS! I have cameras and bank statements. Please dont tell me how you run things..and u have different Rules....if have an unhappy customer, u treat Uthem like they are the PROBLEM! Lol U OWE ME. $26.02 It's called FRAUD ! Maybe u should get a job at Publix.. assistant manager. They hardly deal wth the public. They JUST deal wth the employees..lol. I don't RESPECT YOU..... UR NOT A JUDGE or a U COP! U just wanna be right .....lol

Their online order system is garbage. I get all the way to the order confirmation screen for a delivery order, almost push the button, and spot small text at the end of the order screen "Services Available: Pickup Only", and a "confirm street" dropdown that says "Not found - Pickup Only".
Not only does it let me get that far with the barely noticible text at the end, but it happily added a $4 delivery charge to the order. I'm glad I noticed before I hit submit, but it would be very easy to miss.
I see their delivery cars driving down my street all the time, which is literally the only reason I know about them.

Great food, great vibe and atmosphere, my only issue is that if you ask for square cut, they just WON'T remember to do it. I'm 3 pizza's in now where we confirmed "square cut", and they got it wrong. Even with this recent order, when I picked up the lady said "square cut right?", then I open the box and it's normal cut. Whoever's cutting the pizza needs to pay better attention to the ticket. If you look at previous low reviews, it looks like the owner can be argumentative or condescending in his or her responses. So if he or she responds to this and says "fake review" or "no client of that name ever ordered here" (like my real name is Sloppy Elephant LOL), or any other type of denial, then don't take my word for it, just make an order yourself and ask for square cut. Hopefully they'll remember to do so for you. Maybe it's just me.

All I’ll say is one of the best pizzas I’ve ever ever had, came out of this place, a must add is the garlic dip. They went above and beyond making an oddball pizza order for me and most places do an ok pie but then there’s these guys here that made it an absolute delicious pie. Each slice was shop vac’Ed by my mouth it was that good

Five Star Pizza always comes in clutch. I work a night shift job and they are the only place open past midnight. The pizza is great as well.
I ordered online a chessburger pizza... it was over 20 bucks... what I got what a cheese pizza... nothing else just cheese
