omg! Al and his staff have my business, forever & always. What an amazing time I had this afternoon. Cappuccino was delicious and the pastry was absolutely the best. A little piece of Italy right here in Palm Coast. Extraordinary!
I had a graduation party for my son and wanted to have decorated class of 2022 cookies. I must have contacted 30 bakers and no one was willing to make them for me. Adette's Bakery came through for me. The cookies looked fabulous and were delish!
Just picked up pastries yesterday. Some Cannolis, Sfogliatelle, and Lobster tails. All I can say is each pastry was fabulous. I left NY to come to Florida in 1978 and this pastry was the best I’ve had in over 40 years. Anxious to go back when bistro reopens.

Adette's Bistro & Bakery is a warm and welcoming spot, offering a variety of delicious treats. From fresh-baked cookies and banana bread to Italian cookies and decadent pastries, every item is made with care. The owners and staff are friendly and helpful, happy to offer suggestions and samples. Try the Sfogliatella, Cannoli Pastry, St. Joseph Pastry, and Napoleon's, or opt for the almond cake, banana nut bread, or breakfast sandwich. The egg sandwiches and caprese sandwich are wonderful, made with quality ingredients at fair prices. The shop is clean, and the pastries are authentic, fresh, and delicious, from the cookies to the fresh baked breads. The cannoli filling is sweet but not too sweet, and the Lobster Tail crust is light, crispy, and buttery. Enjoy Lavazza coffee while deciding what to order—everything is amazing! While dine-in is not currently available, the pastries are well worth a visit.
