The couple who own this gas station are incredibly friendly and recognize + care for their consistent customers. The pizza is probably the best in all of Palm Coast and they genuinely care about the product they put out. The store isn’t pretty from the outside but it is a safe environment. I’ve watched people leave their cars running with the door open or window down without concern. This has quickly become “the” gas station/pizza spot for me.

Tucked along Florida’s scenic coast, Hammock Beach Pizza delivers more than just a slice — it offers a genuine taste of care, comfort, and community.

The dough is what first impressed me. Light, slightly crisp on the outside with a soft, airy center — it’s the kind of crust that feels hand-tossed, not mass-produced. It holds up beautifully whether you go classic cheese or something more adventurous.

The sauce is bright and flavorful without being too acidic, clearly made with fresh tomatoes and seasoned with a light hand. The cheese pulls perfectly — not greasy, just rich and melty. Every bite felt thought-out, not just thrown together.

But beyond the food, what sets Hammock Beach Pizza apart is the warmth in the atmosphere — the kind you remember. The staff are kind, the service is quick, and there’s a sense that they’re proud of what they serve. And they should be.

I feel like this place is better than just about everywhere in town if you want a nice slice with a good crisp to it

The pizza is fantastic. The wings are also incredible. There really is no dine in option as it is located in a family operated convenience store. In my estimation it beats Bronx hands down in taste, consistency and price
