Placed an order through chownow, took houligans 20minutes to process the order then took an hour for curbside pick up on 20 wings, very displeased with the service, hostess never checked up and sat for over a hour waiting. Wings were cold by the time receiving them, will not be returning here again.

When you're looking for an excellent place to eat, sit, and have a great time with your family and friends, this is the place. Great food menu, and excellent quality. The staff are excellent, and make you feel happy, and taken care of. I rate my experience a 5 star, plus.

Absolutely horrible customer service. A male employee was screaming at a female customer with her baby. I will never go in and would encourage people to not go here!
