My husband & I drove from St.Augustine for breakfast because I was craving blueberry pancakes! Which I ordered with a side of turkey bacon & hashbrowns....big mistake I ended up bringing home 2 full pancakes & 1/2 the bacon because there was so much food!!! But would I order again, absolutely!!! Everything was delicious!! Our waitress I believe Gina was her name was so sweet & knows how to do her job well!! The other staff was super nice & attentive as well, the manager started cleaning a table when the bus boy walked up & said I was just about to get that (the couple had literally JUST left) & the manager replied, no problem I got it!! What great teamwork! Even the other customers were pleasant as we had a three table conversation about Beetlejuice, lol!! We will for sure be back!!!

I didn't want to write this review. It's horrible, the service and food that is.
We were seated quickly, but no drink order or waitress for 10 minutes. You could tell they were short-staffed, but no manager to help.
When we ordered the waitress got both of our orders wrong. Both Orders!
I ordered a Biscuit & Gravy Combo. Instead, I got a side of biscuits & gravy. Ugh! They did send the rest of the combo but it took 15 minutes for hashbrowns, eggs, sausage link, and bacon strip.
My wild red head ordered the Crepe Combo. She only got the crepes. Double Ugh! She didn't want to wait.
The food was dismal at best.
The biscuits looked like flattened hockey pucks. Very dense and cake-like in the middle. Nothing light and flaky noted. Reminded me of the mcmuffins at the clown place. Yuck!
The lemon ricotta crepe filled was void of any flavor except for the blueberries. Did ya'll forget to add lemon? The ricotta reminded us of unflavored yogurt without the tang. Yuck!
The bacon strips were gelatinous. Very thin, barely cooked. Weak bacon flavor. Yuck!
The only items decent were the hash browns and sausage gravy. Everything else? Yuck!
Sorry IHOP, this was the absolute worst meal we've had from you.

Update: reduced to 1 star...another try and again, long wait, cold food, lousy attitude from waitress. Waited ages and then food was cold, pancakes were hard and seemed expensive for eggs and pancakes.

Food was good.. However, it was FREEZING in the restaurant. Very uncomfortable. Made the server aware and she ignored me asking, WHAT WOULD YOU LIKE TO DRINK. Then, I could hear her taking about me saying it was cold in there. At the cost of the food, you should be able to sit and enjoy eating without sitting shivering for being so cold.
Eating here reminded me of going as a child. I remember the 4 different flavors of syrup, which they finally brought back. When they stopped that it didn't feel right. This location is clean, and the staff is very friendly. I did not catch our waitresses name, but she was very sweet. She made my husbands milkshake just like the photo. I had to take a picture to show you since many restaurants have photos that do not look like the food. We were there early morning on 7-15-2024 so if a manager reads this it was one of your early morning staff. It is nice to get a smile when you are in a restaurant. The food was yummy, and that is not easy to say when it comes to gluten friendly items, but the waffle is amazing. This is one of the best places to eat breakfast early in Palm Coast.
