I have been eating at this restaurant for 3 to 4 times per week and I dont see anything wrong the food or the service or anything at all. I ordered take out yesterday morning (ackee and salt fish). The portion size was good and to my surprise, the breadfruit was very delicious and fresh. I will be going back to try other things on the menu.

Visited Island Flavaz on two separate occasions....I ordered the curry goat with rice and peas and as you can see my plate was full. Second time I ordered Escovitch fish and again my plate was full. The food is amazing, I can taste the love that's put in each dish. Please keep that loving touch. I will be back soon
