My favorite place for subs. Always has been, ♥️ tonight whomever made my sandwich made it so good with perfect ingredient ratios, I swear all subs forever will suck in comparison. Thank you whomever you are.
Ordered a sub and it came with mustard (mustard doesn’t even come on this sandwich) anyways i called and spoke to the manager. She was very rude and immediately told me that she made my sandwich personally and she knows that she made it correctly. So i had to drive up to the store and i had to show her. Even with the sandwich right in front of her she still wouldn’t apologize until i said something. What kind of customer service is this? Mistakes happen. You own the mistake...read full review
Will not follow allergy warnings on customer orders. Then gaslight you that they made it right. As someone with food allergies and intolerances, not a place I can trust to order from again
